Starting with its first recognized national championship under coach Paul Brown in 1935, the Tigers dominated high school football for three decades with additional national championships in 1936, 1939, 1940, 1950, 1952, 1953, 1959 and 1961.

Now — Mater Dei (Santa Ana, Calif.)
While De La Salle (Concord) can certainly stake its claim to being the high school football dynasty right now, the honor has to go to the Monarchs, who have won four national titles (2017, 2018, 2020, 2021) since the Spartans won their last national title (2015).
