PITTSBURGH (AP) A fumble recovery and a Tommy Stuart touchdown pass rallied Duquesne out of an early hole to defeat Saint Francis (Penn.) in a meeting of teams undefeated in the Northeast Conference on Saturday.

Stuart completed 15 of 22 passes for 142 yards and the 21-yard TD toss to Chavas Rawlins with 67 seconds left in the first quarter as the Dukes (6-1, 3-0), and on a six-game win streak, forged a 10-7 lead and shut out Saint Francis (4-3, 2-1) the rest of the game.

Bear Fenimore took the Red Flash 55 yards after the opening kickoff in just over a minute, scoring on a keeper from the 1.

After Duquesne answered with a John Domit field goal, Fenimore had Saint Francis rolling again, finding Joel Denley at the 35, when Duquesne's Jonathant Istache forced a fumble on the tackle, grabbed the ball and returned it 40 yards. Stuart hit Rawlins for the go-ahead score five plays later.
