The Southern Illinois Salukis haven't won a matchup against the Drake Bulldogs since Feb. 1 of 2020, but they'll be looking to end the drought Saturday. SIU and Drake will face off in a Missouri Valley battle at 4 p.m. ET at Knapp Center.

The Salukis took their game against the Illinois State Redbirds on Wednesday by a conclusive 90-69 score. SIU got double-digit scores from four players: guard Ben Coupet Jr. (22), forward Marcus Domask (16), guard Lance Jones (16), and guard Steven Verplancken Jr. (12).

Meanwhile, Drake didn't have too much breathing room in their contest with the Valparaiso Beacons on Wednesday, but they still walked away with a 71-65 victory. The top scorer for Drake was guard D.J. Wilkins (17 points).

SIU is expected to lose this next one by 6.5. They might be worth taking a chance on against the spread, however, as they are currently on a three-game streak of ATS wins.
