Browns' D'Juan Hines: Promoted to active roster
Hines joined the Browns' active roster Saturday after being signed off the Chargers' practice squad.
Hines stands to play a role on special teams, as well as providing depth at the linebacker position while Emmanuel Ogbah (ankle) remains sidelined. Cleveland waived Ifeadi Odenigbo to provide Hines with a spot on the 53-man roster.
