Heat's Jamal Cain: Staying in Miami
Cain signed his qualifying offer Friday and will return to the Heat on a two-way contract, Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN reports.
After going undrafted last year, Cain split time between the NBA and G League during his rookie season. The 6-foot-7 wing averaged 5.4 points and 2.9 rebounds in 13.3 minutes across 18 appearances for the Heat in 2022-23 and was a standout player for Miami during the 2023 Summer League.
