Orioles' Dean Kremer: Yields three runs
Kremer (4-6) allowed three runs on five hits and three walks across 5.1 innings Sunday, striking out two and taking a loss against Texas.
Kremer kept the Rangers quiet for three innings before Jonah Heim knocked a three-run homer in the fourth. Kremer has now failed to complete six innings in six straight outings. Over that span, he's registered a 5.65 ERA while going 1-4. The 28-year-old righty owns a 4.43 ERA with a 66:28 K:BB through 69 innings. His next start is projected to come at home against the Padres.

Orioles' Dean Kremer: Can't escape fifth inning
Kremer did not factor into the decision Sunday, allowing two runs on four hits and two walks over 4.2 innings against the Yankees. He struck out four.
Kremer entered the fifth inning in relatively good shape with a 2-1 lead but allowed a leadoff homer to Trent Grisham, then allowed two more batters to reach base, including a two-out walk to Aaron Judge that spelled the end to his day. Sunday represented Kremer's third start since returning from a triceps issue, and he's been held to 83-to-85 pitches while failing to make it past the fifth in all of those outings. He'll enter the All-Star break with a 4.38 ERA, 1.19 WHIP and 64 strikeouts over 63.2 innings.

Orioles' Dean Kremer: Roughed up in loss
Kremer (4-5) took the loss Tuesday against Chicago, allowing seven runs (five earned) on seven hits and three walks over four innings. He struck out three.
Kremer allowed a run in each of his four innings Tuesday, with the three-run homer served up to Ian Happ in the fourth being the crucial blow. It was Kremer's second start since coming off the IL (triceps), and the veteran continues to be plagued by the long ball, particularly at home. He's given up multiple home runs in four of his five starts at Camden Yards this season. His nine homers allowed overall in that span are the most by an Orioles pitcher since Chris Tillman in 2009. Kremer is scheduled for one more start before the All-Star break, Sunday against the Yankees.
