Marte singled in his first trip to the plate and later added a three-run shot in the top of the ninth to extend Arizona's lead, giving him his third straight game with a home run. He's also recorded multiple hits and at least two RBI in three straight games, boosting his average to .296 on the season. Marte earned his third multi-hit effort in his last four games. The second baseman is batting .297 (11-for-37) with three steals over 10 games in July as he continues to provide well-rounded offensive production from the top-third of the order.
