Phillips missed the Bulls' final 18 games with a right midfoot sprain, but he looks as though he'll be in store for a normal offseason. The rookie second-round pick appeared in 40 games for Chicago in 2023-24, averaging 2.2 points and 0.9 rebounds in 8.1 minutes per game.
