Santos (elbow) elected free agency Monday.
Santos struggled in 2015 while splitting time with the Dodgers and Yankees, pitching to a 4.96 ERA and a 1.41 WHIP. The 32-year-old underwent Tommy John surgery in June, so wherever he ends up in free agency, Santos likely won't be available until the second half of the season at the earliest.
