The Phillies have outrighted outfielder Domonic Brown off their 40-man roster.
Brown split time between Triple-A and the majors and struggled mightily when in the big leagues, slashing just .228/.284/.349. Eligible for salary arbitration this winter, his time in Philadelphia is likely done.
