BOZEMAN, Mont. (AP) Julius Mims' 15 points helped Idaho defeat Montana State 81-75 on Saturday night.

Mims also contributed 14 rebounds for the Vandals (8-14, 2-7 Big Sky Conference). D'Angelo Minnis added 14 points while shooting 6 for 15, including 2 for 6 from beyond the arc, and had three steals. Kyson Rose had 13 points and was 5-of-7 shooting and 2 of 3 from the free-throw line. The victory broke an eight-game skid for the Vandals.

The Bobcats (11-12, 6-4) were led in scoring by Robert Ford III, who finished with 15 points and seven rebounds. Montana State also got 14 points from Brandon Walker. In addition, Brian Goracke finished with 14 points.
