Gordon isn't in the Marlins' lineup for Saturday's game against the Nationals.
Gordon will retreat to the dugout as the Nationals prepare to send left-hander Mitchell Parker to the mound to start Saturday's contest. Gordon's absence will move Bryan De La Cruz into left field while Josh Bell serves as the DH and Emmanuel Rivera starts at first base.
