Raddysh notched an assist, three shots on goal and three blocked shots in Tuesday's 5-3 win over the Golden Knights. Raddysh has a goal and six helpers over his last four contests, though a five-assist game versus the Flyers on March 9 pumped up his recent numbers. The 28-year-old is still in a top-four role for the Lightning, though his ice time has often fluctuated significantly. He's produced 28 points, 83 shots on net, 80 blocked shots, 62 hits and a minus-7 rating through 68 appearances. His role on the second power-play unit creates some appeal for Raddysh in deeper fantasy formats.... See More ... See Less

Lightning's Darren Raddysh: Team-record five-assist game
Raddysh had an NHL career-high five assists in a 7-0 win over the Flyers on Saturday. It was a pinch-me game for Raddysh, who tied Mark Recchi (March 1, 2009) and Martin St. Louis (Nov. 18, 2010) for the most assists in a game by a Lightning player. The defender had one assist in his previous 11 contests. What a night. Raddysh is on track to top 30 points, so his value remains limited, but he's worth monitoring.... See More ... See Less -
Lightning's Darren Raddysh: Provides assist in loss
Raddysh posted an assist in Thursday's 6-2 loss to the Islanders. Raddysh set up a Nikita Kucherov tally in the first period. Over the last 10 games, Raddysh has provided two goals and five helpers while seeing top-four usage. The 27-year-old should continue in that role with Mikhail Sergachev (leg) out for the rest of the regular season at a minimum. Raddysh has 19 points (two on the power play), 65 shots on net, 55 blocked shots, 46 hits and a minus-6 rating through 52 appearances, which is strong enough all-around production to help in deeper fantasy formats.... Lightning's Darren Raddysh: Supplies assist in overtime win
Raddysh logged an assist, two shots on goal and two blocked shots in Saturday's 4-3 overtime win over the Kraken. Raddysh ended his 10-game point drought with a helper on the game-winning goal. He gave the puck to Brandon Hagel, who used speed through the neutral zone to get an edge and set up Nikita Kucherov with 1:48 left in the extra session. Raddysh saw 21:54 of ice time Saturday, filling the void left behind in the wake of Victor Hedman (undisclosed) leaving the game. Raddysh has eight assists, 39 blocked shots and a minus-11 rating through 29 contests overall. If he sees a bump in ice time, he'll likely handle more defensive assignments.... See More ... Lightning's Darren Raddysh: Two more helpers in win
Raddysh had two assists in a 6-4 win over the Oilers on Saturday. Quietly, Raddysh has put up seven even-strength assists in 18 games. He's averaging more than 19 minutes a game (19:16) and has put up the same number of shots as games played. Raddysh may offer fantasy value in deep leagues when you don't feel as though you need to roll out a pylon in your last D spot.... See More ... See Less -
Lightning's Darren Raddysh: Earns assist against Ottawa
Raddysh registered an assist in Sunday's 5-2 defeat versus Ottawa. Raddysh picked up his first point of the season after having been left off the scoresheet in the opening two contests. In 17 games last season, the 27-year-old managed just three points while dishing out 25 hits. Given his limited offensive upside, the Toronto native is unlikely to offer much in the way of fantasy value.... See More ... See Less -
Lightning's Darren Raddysh: Inks two-year contract
Raddysh signed a two-year, $1.95 million contract extension with the Lightning on Wednesday. Raddysh still has one season remaining on his existing two-year, $1.525 million contract, so he's now signed with Tampa Bay through 2025-26. He had a goal and three points in 17 contests with the big club last season. The 27-year-old also contributed 13 goals and 51 points in 50 AHL outings with Syracuse. Raddysh will enter training camp in a battle for the Lightning's seventh defenseman slot.... See More ... See Less -
Lightning's Darren Raddysh: First-ever playoff goal
Raddysh scored a goal in a 4-3 overtime loss to Toronto on Saturday in Game 3. He drove down the right side and Matthew Knies failed to stay with him, instead choosing to bail and go back toward the point as Raddysh went hard around the net. The Leafs coverage broke down, leaving Raddysh free as he wrapped around the net, and he wired a hard shot past Ilya Samsonov. It was his first playoff goal.... See More ... See Less -
Lightning's Darren Raddysh: Gets first NHL goal
Raddysh scored his first NHL goal in Wednesday's 6-3 loss to the Rangers. Raddysh got a lot of help from the stick of Rangers defenseman Braden Schneider in front, but a goal's a goal. His marker was originally credited to Brandon Hagel, but further review determined that Schneider accidentally tipped the puck in without Hagel touching it. Raddysh is on a roll, as his first NHL points came in Tampa Bay's previous game, when the 27-year-old blueliner had two assists against the Islanders in his 16th NHL appearance.... See More ... Lightning's Darren Raddysh: Recalled from AHL
Raddysh was recalled from AHL Syracuse on Saturday. Raddysh got into his first NHL game of the season Thursday and was sent to Syracuse on Friday. The move was made for salary cap reasons. Raddysh was pointless Thursday and had 13 goals and 50 points in 50 AHL games before his recall.... See More ... See Less -
Lightning's Darren Raddysh: Sent to AHL Syracuse
Raddysh was reassigned to AHL Syracuse on Friday. Raddysh was recalled Thursday and got into his first NHL game of the season, going minus-two with three hits and two shots on goal in 11:38 of ice time against the Penguins. Raddysh had 13 goals and 50 points in 50 AHL games before his recall.... See More ... See Less -
Lightning's Darren Raddysh: Elevated from minors
Raddysh was called up from AHL Syracuse on Thursday. Raddysh's promotion to the main roster could be an indication that there's an injury on the blue line, though it's also possible the team doesn't expect Mikey Eyssimont to join it for Thursday's matchup with Pittsburgh. Regardless, Raddysh will be hard-pressed to break into the lineup and will offer minimal fantasy value even if he does play.... See More ... See Less -
Lightning's Darren Raddysh: Lands on waivers
Raddysh was waived by Tampa Bay on Friday, according to CapFriendly. Raddysh signed a two-year extension this offseason but it appears he'll begin the year with AHL Syracuse as expected. The 26-year-old was held scoreless in four appearances with the Lightning last season.... See More ... See Less -
Lightning's Darren Raddysh: Inks two-year deal
Raddysh signed a two-year, two-way contract with the Lightning on Wednesday, per PuckPedia. Raddysh appeared in four NHL games last season, logging an average of 10:40 of ice time. He added 25 points in 61 contests with AHL Syracuse, where he could begin the 2022-23 campaign. He'll likely remain as defensive depth for the Bolts.... See More ... See Less -
Lightning's Darren Raddysh: Among Black Aces call-ups
Raddysh, along with Simon Ryfors, Cole Koepke, Gage Goncalves, Hugo Alnefelt, Alex Barre-Boulet, Fredrik Claesson, Remi Elie, Gabriel Fortier, Max Lagace and Anthony Richard, were called up from AHL Syracuse on Friday, per CapFriendly. Raddysh and the rest of the Lightning's Black Aces will get valuable training experience with the big club during the playoffs, but they're unlikely to draw into any postseason games, barring injuries.... Lightning's Darren Raddysh: Returned to AHL affiliate
Raddysh was reassigned to AHL Syracuse on Wednesday. Raddysh has bounced between levels on a frequent basis of late, so it wouldn't be surprising to see him back with the big club sooner rather than later. He's gone scoreless through five appearances with the Lightning this campaign.... See More ... See Less -
Lightning's Darren Raddysh: Dropped to AHL
Raddysh was demoted to AHL Syracuse on Saturday. Raddysh has yet to score a point through four career NHL games. If Erik Cernak (lower body) isn't available Tuesday against New Jersey, the rookie blueliner could be back with the big club.... See More ... See Less -
Lightning's Darren Raddysh: Called up from minors
Raddysh was recalled from AHL Syracuse on Tuesday. Raddysh has appeared in just two games for the Bolts this season, recording two shots, two hits and a minus-1 rating while averaging a meager 11:26 of ice time. With Erik Cernak (lower body) still sidelined, Raddysh will likely step into the lineup versus Colorado on Thursday.... See More ... See Less -
Lightning's Darren Raddysh: Returns to AHL
Raddysh was demoted from the taxi squad to AHL Syracuse on Wednesday. Raddysh has yet to play in an NHL contest since the calendar flipped to 2022. The 25-year-old will continue his season with AHL Syracuse, where he has distributed three assists over 24 performances.... See More ... See Less -
