Adam Jones: Hanging up cleats
Jones officially retired from the NFL on Friday, Mike Garafolo of NFL Network reports.
Jones' most recent NFL action came in the form of seven games with the Broncos, where he logged nine tackles and an interception before being let go after Week 11. "Pacman" will -- of course -- be most remembered for his time with the Bengals. Jones started in 68 of 100 games and racked up 366 total tackles, 12 interceptions and 64 pass breakups. The 14-year-pro's career will likely also remind fans of his problems off the field, including the most recent incident where Jones was arrested for disorderly conduct, public intoxication, intimidation and resisting arrest at a casino in Indiana in late February.

Adam Jones: In more legal trouble
Jones was arrested Wednesday morning in Indiana on numerous charges, ESPN reports.
Jones was arrested for disorderly conduct, public intoxication, intimidation and resisting arrest at the Rising Sun Casino. This isn't a good look for the 35-year-old, who's trying to keep his career alive, especially since he just served a suspension last season for a 2017 incident in which Jones was arrested for allegedly pushing a security guard.

Adam Jones: Let go by Broncos
Jones was cut by the Broncos on Tuesday, Tom Pelissero of NFL.com reports.
Jones, a 14-year veteran, appeared in just two of his seven games in Denver. He recorded one interception and nine tackles during his stint with the club. It is unclear if the 35-year-old will find another landing spot at this stage in his career.

Jones missed two games with hamstring injuries, and will be sidelined for his third consecutive contest due to what appears to be a new thigh injury. What is known, however, is that Jones could run the risk of missing Week 3 action due to the lingering nature of hamstring issues.
