  • Giants' Jack Stoll: Stays in NFC East

The Giants agreed to terms with Stoll on a one-year contract Thursday, Jeremy Fowler of ESPN.com reports. Undrafted out of Nebraska in 2021, Stoll ended up carving out a role with the Eagles, appearing in 50 of 51 regular-season games for Philly over the last three seasons. He recorded 20 catches for 183 scoreless yards on 27 targets in that span. In New York, Stoll will slide in behind Darren Waller and Daniel Bellinger.

  • Jack Stoll: Non-tendered by Philadelphia

The Eagles informed Stoll on Sunday that he won't be tendered a contract as an restricted free agent, Jeremy Fowler of ESPN.com reports. Stoll thus will become an unrestricted free agent at the start of the new league year Wednesday, but Fowler notes that it doesn't preclude the Eagles from re-signing the 26-year-old tight end if the price is right. He served as Philadelphia's No. 2 tight end for most of the 2023 season, appearing in all 17 regular-season games and contributing five catches for 38 yards on eight targets while being deployed primarily as a blocker over his 430 snaps on offense.

  • Eagles' Jack Stoll: Ends year with five catches

Stoll played in all 17 regular-season games for the Eagles but was targeted just eight times, catching five passes for 38 yards. Stoll was on the field regularly in each game, playing 38 percent of the Eagles' offensive snaps, but his role was primarily to block. Even with Dallas Goedert missing time for the second straight season, Stoll never had a game in which he was targeted more than twice.

  • Eagles' Jack Stoll: Drops injury tag

Stoll (knee) was a full participant during practice Thursday. Stoll was limited Wednesday, but he got back on track Thursday and should be a full go for the remainder of the week, including suiting up Sunday against the Cowboys. With Dallas Goedert (forearm) expected to return versus Dallas, Stoll will likely see his role decrease for the matchup.

  • Eagles' Jack Stoll: Limited Wednesday

Stoll was a limited participant in Wednesday's practice due to a knee injury. While Dallas Goedert (forearm) has been sidelined, Stoll has started each of the last three games. Despite playing more than half of the Eagles' offensive snaps in two of those three contests, Stoll has managed just two catches for 17 yards on four targets while Goedert has been out of the lineup. Goedert opened Week 14 prep as a full participant and is tentatively expected back this Sunday against Dallas, so Stoll will be in store for a role reduction if he's able to overcome his own health concern.

  • Eagles' Jack Stoll: One catch with Goedert out

Stoll caught one of two targets for three yards in Monday's 21-17 win over Kansas City. Stoll was the only Eagles tight end to earn a target in the first game of what's expected to be a multi-week absence for Dallas Goedert (forearm), but it doesn't appear that Stoll will get a chance to replicate Goedert's target volume. With Goedert likely to remain sidelined Week 12 against the Bills, Stoll should continue to lead a tight end room that also includes Grant Calcaterra and Albert Okwuegbunam.

  • Eagles' Jack Stoll: Posts 11 catches in second season

Stoll finished the regular season with 11 catches for 123 yards and zero touchdowns. Stoll's primary value comes as a blocker, which leaves him with little fantasy appeal. He got to spend five games as the team's starting tight end while Dallas Goedert was out with a shoulder injury, but Stoll merely averaged 1.4 catches in those contests. In games in which Goedert was active, Stoll averaged just 0.3 catches.

  • Eagles' Jack Stoll: Starts but catches just one pass

Stoll was the Eagles' primary tight end Sunday against the Colts in the absence of Dallas Goedert (shoulder), but he caught just one pass for seven yards. Stoll was unquestionably the tight end the Eagles turned to in Goedert's absence, seeing the field for 55 offensive snaps compared to a combined 28 for Grant Calcaterra and Tyree Jackson. Despite the playing time, Stoll doesn't have anything close to Goedert's skillset as an offensive weapon, and nothing in his usage in the Week 11 win suggests that he'll be a particularly interesting fantasy fill-in until Goedert returns.

  • Eagles' Jack Stoll: Should help fill in for Goedert

Stoll is expected to benefit from an uptick in snaps with top tight end Dallas Goedert potentially sidelined for multiple weeks after suffering a shoulder injury in Monday's loss to the Commanders, Zach Berman of The Athletic reports. Stoll has already played 40 percent of the Eagles' snaps on offense this season, but he's been deployed almost exclusively as a blocker and produced an underwhelming 4-49-0 receiving line on seven targets through nine games. Though Goedert's absence should open up more playing time, the Eagles are unlikely to turn to the 24-year-old Stoll to handle a high-volume pass-catching role. Instead, look for Goedert's 5.9 targets per game to get dispersed among a slew of players. Rookie Grant Calcaterra and Tyree Jackson (knee) -- who is on the PUP list but could be activated for Week 11 -- are also candidates to take on more snaps at tight end.

  • Eagles' Jack Stoll: Full participant Friday

Stoll (ankle) was a full participant during Friday's practice. Stoll was limited Thursday due to an ankle issue, but it appears he'll be good to go for Monday's contest against the Vikings. The second-year tight end played 40 total snaps (25 offensive) during the season opener, but he didn't see a target.

  • Eagles' Jack Stoll: Moves back to active roster

Stoll was activated from the reserve/COVID-19 list Monday. Stoll was one of several Eagles to miss Week 18 against the Cowboys, a list that included No. 1 tight end Dallas Goedert. Both players returned from the COVID list Monday. Stoll will look to resume his role as No. 2 on the tight end positional depth chart Sunday against the Buccaneers.

  • Eagles' Jack Stoll: Not targeted in loss

Stoll failed to draw a target in Sunday's 33-23 loss the the Raiders. Operating as the No. 2 tight end behind Dallas Goedert, Stoll played 19 percent of the team's offensive snaps. Stoll will likely remain next in line behind Goedert, but he won't see nearly as sizable of a role as Zach Ertz handled prior to being dealt to Arizona.

  • Eagles' Jack Stoll: Likely to be No. 2 TE in Week 6

Stoll is expected to serve as the Eagles' No. 2 tight end for Thursday's game against the Buccaneers with Dallas Goedert (illness) unlikely to be reinstated from the reserve/COVID-19 list prior to the contest, Chris Franklin of The Newark Star-Ledger reports. While Philadelphia isn't closing the door on Goedert playing Thursday, since he tested positive for the virus Monday, he'll face an uphill battle to clear all COVID-19-related protocols prior to the 8:20 p.m. ET kickoff. With Goedert and Zach Ertz having played in each of the Eagles' first five games, opportunities have been scarce for Stoll, an undrafted rookie out of Nebraska. Though he's been active for each of those five contests, Stoll has logged only 33 offensive snaps in total and has yet to draw a target. Stoll doesn't project to see a major workload if Goedert is in fact out, as the Eagles could opt for more three-receiver sets featuring Ertz as the sole tight end.

  • Eagles' Jack Stoll: Joins forces with Eagles

The Eagles signed Stoll as an undrafted free agent Friday, Zach Berman of The Athletic reports. Stoll will have an uphill road to sticking on the Eagles' roster. The former Nebraska standout's best collegiate season came as a sophomore in 2020, when he had 21 receptions for 245 yards and three touchdowns. Philadelphia's tight end room is currently too crowded for Stoll to earn many depth reps, but that could change if Zach Ertz ends up being moved.
