Chargers' Nick Williams: Out for Week 18
Williams (shoulder) is out for Sunday's game against the Chiefs.
The 33-year-old will end up missing three of the final four games of the season, finishing the year with 32 tackles (16 solo), including one sack, along with two fumble recoveries. Williams is scheduled to hit free agency in March.

Williams spent the 2022 season with the Giants and had a significant role along the defensive line prior to suffering a season-ending biceps injury. He should split time with Austin Johnson (knee) at nose tackle in 2023 and will help bolster the Chargers' run defense.

Williams logged one tackle before exiting in the first half of this contest, and his absence will leave the Giants' defensive line under-manned with D.J. Tom Rock of Newsday reports that Williams was previously released by the Giants on Wednesday before he quickly rejoined on a new deal as part of the team's roster maneuvering later in the day.
