WR Jordan Shipley said he probably did more during Tuesday's OTA session than at any point during his rehab from a Week 1 ACL injury. OC Jay Gruden said he "wouldn't be surprised if he's 100 percent by training camp." Shipley, who led AFC rookies in receiving yards in 2010, said it's only a matter of time. "I still have a little ways to go," Shipley said. "Every week I feel better. Obviously I’m healthy enough to go out there and run around.”
