WR Ryan Broyles participated in individual drills during OTA workouts Monday. He cut well and didn’t show signs that his surgically repaired ACL was impacting his movement. Broyles’ participation was surprising because he didn’t attempt drills during the rookie minicamp. He worked with all of Detroit’s QBs on the sideline during a special teams period under OC Scott Linehan. Broyles responded well to Linehan’s tutelage and seemed to improve with each rep. If WR Titus Young doesn’t put his discipline issues behind him he could face stiff competition from Broyles for the third WR spot.
