The Colts, coming off two consecutive losses, started their Monday night matchup against the Panthers by handing the ball to their opponent not once, but twice in the game's first three minutes.

On the Colts' second play from scrimmage, Andrew Luck looked to take a snap from under center. But the ball never made it to his hands, as backup center Jonotthan Harrison botched the snap. The Panthers recovered the loose ball and ended up kicking a field goal.

The Colts' second possession didn't go any better, as it resulted in yet another turnover. This time, it was all on Luck, who forced a terrible throw into coverage.

On a more positive note, this was Charles Tillman's first interception with the Panthers.

The Panthers would convert that turnover into a touchdown, taking an early 10-0 lead over the hapless Colts.
