The Seahawks declared tight end Zach Miller (ankle), center Max Unger (foot), wideouts Paul Richardson and Kevin Norwood, cornerback Tharold Simon (knee), running back Christine Michael and offensive tackle Andrew McDonald inactive for the game against the Cowboys.
