The Saints signed T Hutch Eckerson, CB Nick Hixson, G DeOn’tae Pannell and LB Lawrence Wilson. All four players were on a tryout during this past weekend's rookie minicamp. The team waived T Dan Hoch, G Nick Howell, LB Stephen Johnson, T Phil Trautwein and CB Josh Victorian to make room for the rookies.
