The Raiders continued juggling their roster Monday, signing free agent cornerback Joselio Hanson, multiple outlets reported.

According to ProFootballTalk.com, the Raiders will waive second-year cornerback DeMarcus Van Dyke to make room on the roster for Hanson.

Hanson started his career with the 49ers in 2004 but spent the past six seasons with the Eagles. He has appeared in 104 games with 19 starts and gives the Raiders a veteran corner behind starters Ron Bartell and Shawntae Spencer.

Van Dyke appeared in 14 games with four starts last year after the Raiders drafted him out of Miami. He struggled as a rookie and had a rough exhibition season.

Cornerback Chimdi Chekwa, a fourth-round pick out of Ohio State last year, was waived Saturday but signed to the practice squad Sunday.
