Former assistant Paul Guenther, who was promoted to linebackers coach replacing Jeff FitzGerald this offseason, leveraged his previous relationship with the players to create a smooth transition. The biggest difference between the two coaches is their respective teaching methods. "Paul's mindset is I'm not going to throw everything down your throats," LB Rey Maualuga said. "I'm going to fill your guys heads with less info and let you guys go out there and do what you do best. That's been awesome."
