LB Rey Maualuga suffered a high ankle sprain midseason that forced him out of four games and he admits he played scared of re-injuring it after returning. He underwent successful surgery on the ankle after the season and participated in all OTAs, but not necessarily 100 percent. "It’s a work in progress," he said. "Once I got cleared they expected me to be full go and just start running. There’s a little ache here and there, but nothing that will keep me out of practice."
