The Jaguars made a pair of moves to change the makeup of the end of their roster Saturday, cutting offensive lineman Jacques McClendon and defensive lineman Chris McCoy. Defensive back Marcus Burley and wide receiver Jeremy Ebert were promoted from the practice squad to replace them.
