With Ahmad Bradshaw officially on the injured reserve list, the Colts signed kick returner/wide receiver Josh Cribbs and waived outside linebacker Victor Butler on Tuesday, per the team's official website. The team also signed running back Michael Hill to the practice squad and released Eric Thomas.
