Booker finished Saturday's 120-95 loss to the Timberwolves in Game 1 of the Western Conference Quarterfinals with 18 points (5-16 FG, 2-6 3Pt, 6-6 FT), two rebounds, five assists and one steal over 38 minutes. Booker shot a perfect mark from the free-throw line and ended second on the team in scoring to go along with a handful of assists. Booker entered the postseason with three straight games of 20 or more points, adding five or more assists in two of those outings. He has gotten to the line often for Phoenix as of late, ending the regular season with five or more made free throws in 11 straight contests. However, the Suns need more overall offensive production from Booker moving forward.... See More ... See Less

Suns' Devin Booker: Drops 23 against Minnesota
Booker provided 23 points (6-16 FG, 3-8 3Pt, 8-10 FT), four rebounds, seven assists and one steal across 36 minutes during Sunday's 125-106 victory over the Timberwolves. The 27-year-old guard scored more than 20 points for the third straight game to close out the regular season, and the sixth time in eight April contests. Booker has averaged 27.9 points, 7.4 assists, 3.0 threes, 2.8 boards and 1.1 steals over that eight-game stretch, a surge that helped the Suns climb out of the Play-In Tournament and secure a playoff spot.... Suns' Devin Booker: Strong from deep as top scorer
Booker recorded 37 points (13-24 FG, 5-12 3Pt, 6-6 FT), one rebound, four assists, one block and one steal in 39 minutes during Wednesday's 124-108 win over the Clippers. Booker led all Suns players in threes made and scoring to go along with a quartet of assists while finishing perfect from the free-throw line in a high-scoring victory. Booker has scored 35 or more points in 13 games this season, surpassing the 30-point mark in five of his last 10 outings. He has connected on at least five threes in three of his last six contests.... See More ... See Less -
Suns' Devin Booker: Suffers ice-cold slump in loss
Booker finished Tuesday's 105-92 loss to the Clippers with 12 points (1-11 FG, 0-4 3Pt, 10-11 FT), three rebounds, five assists and two steals across 40 minutes. Booker shot a ghastly 9.1 percent from the floor in the loss, marking one of his worst performances of the season. We've seen cracks in Booker's armor several times over the past month, as his shot has been conspicuously off without much cause. His shot volume has also fluctuated quite a bit, and he's dipped below his seasonal average of 19.3 attempts per game in six of his last 10 contests.... See More ... See Less -
Suns' Devin Booker: Goes cold from three-point range
Booker posted 25 points (9-16 FG, 0-6 3Pt, 7-8 FT), three rebounds, seven assists and one steal over 39 minutes during Sunday's 113-105 loss to New Orleans. Booker ended with a decent overall stat line and finished just three assists away from recording what would've been his second consecutive double-double. However, he missed all six of his three-point attempts, making it just the second time this season he doesn't hit at least one three when attempting five or more.... See More ... See Less -
Suns' Devin Booker: Drops 13 dimes in victory
Booker racked up 13 points (3-12 FG, 1-5 3Pt, 6-6 FT), three rebounds, 13 assists and three steals in 34 minutes during Friday's 97-87 victory over the Timberwolves. Booker's shooting stroke was off track for most of the game, but he was effective as a ball distributor and got the ball to Jusuf Nurkic and Kevin Durant when it counted. Booker's five points in the first quarter were a critical part of Phoenix's 15-0 start, but he sat for the final four minutes of the game, thus limiting his potential output.... See More ... Suns' Devin Booker: Logs another explosive total
Booker notched 40 points (13-25 FG, 5-9 3Pt, 9-9 FT), one rebound, eight assists and one steal over 37 minutes during Wednesday's 122-101 win over the Cavaliers. Booker followed up his 52-point tour de force against the Pelicans with another excellent total. Wednesday marked just the second time that Booker and Kevin Durant have scored over 30 points together this season, which is an excellent example of the duo's untapped potential. Booker is getting hot at the right time, and the Suns have a good chance of staying out of the Play-In Tournament if he can keep the production going.... See More ... See Less -
Suns' Devin Booker: Explodes for 52 points
Booker ended Monday's 124-111 victory over New Orleans with 52 points (19-28 FG, 8-16 3Pt, 6-7 FT), three rebounds, nine assists and one block over 39 minutes. Booker thrashing Herbert Jones, Trey Murphy and the Pelicans en route to the eighth 50-point game of his career came with outstanding efficiency Monday, fueled by a season-high eight made threes. He was in his midrange bag and cruised to the basket at times as well in a masterclass offensive performance. Monday marked Booker's sixth game with at least 40 points this season.... See More ... Suns' Devin Booker: Not involved enough Friday
Booker logged 14 points (4-9 FG, 0-2 3Pt, 6-7 FT), three rebounds and five assists across 27 minutes during Friday's 128-103 loss to Oklahoma City. The Suns suffered a blowout loss to the Thunder on Friday, and that might explain why Booker logged only 27 minutes -- his lowest tally since Feb. 4, excluding a five-minute cameo against the Pistons before the All-Star break. What was really surprising was Booker's lack of involvement on offense, as his nine attempts from the field represented a season-low mark, again excluding the aforementioned Pistons game. Booker will aim to bounce back when the Suns take on the Pelicans on Monday.... See More ... See Less -
Suns' Devin Booker: Huge volume, falls short
Booker finished with 36 points (14-28 FG, 3-10 3Pt, 5-7 FT), six rebounds, four assists, three blocks and one steal in 40 minutes during Monday's 104-102 loss to San Antonio. He also had five turnovers. Booker missed a game-winning three at the buzzer after corralling an offensive rebound off a Kevin Durant three-point attempt on the final possession -- so Phoenix had no shortage of opportunities to escape Monday with a victory. Booker's booming performance marked his third consecutive game with at least 30 points, although a porous San Antonio defense sans Victor Wenbanyama (ankle) was certainly a boom spot. A tougher matchup awaits Wednesday in Denver, and it will mark Booker's first appearance versus the Nuggets this season after missing two prior matchups.... See More ... See Less -
Suns' Devin Booker: Scores 32 while stuffing stat sheet
Booker registered 32 points (14-24 FG, 3-7 3Pt, 1-1 FT), seven rebounds and nine assists over 30 minutes during Saturday's 131-106 win over San Antonio. The ankle injury that sidelined Booker for four games between March 3 and March 9 is a thing of the past, and the star guard has been playing at a very high level recently. He's reached the 30-point mark in back-to-back contests while putting up 20 or more in all but one of his seven appearances since recovering from the ankle injury. Booker has averaged 24.8 points, 7.3 assists and 5.6 rebounds per game in March.... See More ... See Less -
Suns' Devin Booker: Drains six threes in win
Booker posted a game-high 30 points (10-15 FG, 6-8 3Pt, 4-4 FT), four rebounds and two assists in 32 minutes during Thursday's 128-115 victory over Atlanta. After going 4-for-31 (12.9 percent) on three-point attempts over the prior five games, Booker found his rhythm from beyond the arc. While he did miss four games during that time with an ankle injury, Booker has averaged 25.6 points, 6.5 assists, 5.3 boards, 1.9 threes and 0.8 steals over his last 11 appearances since the All-Star break.... Suns' Devin Booker: Sniffs triple-double in win
Booker recorded 18 points (7-15 FG, 1-5 3Pt, 3-4 FT), nine rebounds, 11 assists and two steals over 35 minutes during Wednesday's 115-102 victory over Philadelphia. Booker finished just one rebound shy of recording a triple-double in what turned out to be an easier-than-expected win for Phoenix. Booker has been playing extremely well since returning from his latest injury absence, as a right ankle sprain kept him sidelined for four games in early March, and he's posted 22.4 points, 8.4 assists and 6.4 rebounds per contest in his last five appearances.... Suns' Devin Booker: Just misses double-double Sunday
Booker amassed 23 points (11-22 FG, 0-5 3Pt, 1-2 FT), nine rebounds, six assists, one block and one steal over 40 minutes during Sunday's 140-129 loss to Milwaukee. The 27-year-old guard nearly recorded double-digit boards for the first time since early December as he just missed his second straight double-double and 12th of the season. Booker has topped 20 points in four straight games since returning from an ankle injury despite a shaky 3-for-26 (11.5 percent) showing from three-point range, and he's produced more than 20 points in all nine contests he's played since the All-Star break. Over that latter stretch, he's averaging 26.0 points, 6.4 assists, 5.0 rebounds, 1.6 threes and 0.8 steals.... See More ... See Less -
Suns' Devin Booker: First double-double since January
Booker notched 21 points (6-18 FG, 1-8 3Pt, 8-8 FT), six rebounds, 11 assists, one block and one steal over 36 minutes during Friday's 107-96 win over Charlotte. Booker has been an absolute model of consistency this season, and while his scoring numbers have suffered a dip now that he shares the offense with Kevin Durant and Bradley Beal, he's experiencing an uptick as a playmaker and facilitator. The 11-assist tally represented his ninth game with double-digit dimes this season, and it was also his first double-double since mid-January. Booker is averaging 26.4 points, 6.5 assists and 4.5 rebounds per game since the All-Star break.... See More ... See Less -
Suns' Devin Booker: Posts 23 points vs. Celtics
Booker racked up 23 points (9-20 FG, 1-6 3Pt, 4-4 FT), two rebounds and seven assists across 38 minutes during Thursday's 127-112 loss to the Celtics. Booker sat out of the first contest against Boston on March 9 due to a right ankle sprain that forced him to miss four games. He suited up Thursday and played 38 minutes for a second consecutive time as he led the Suns in scoring. Head coach Frank Vogel could opt to limit Booker's minutes in Phoenix's next game, given that the Suns play the Hornets on Friday on the second night of a back-to-back.... See More ... See Less -
Suns' Devin Booker: Posts full line in return
Booker (ankle) ended Monday's 117-111 victory over the Cavaliers with 27 points (11-22 FG, 1-7 3Pt, 4-4 FT), seven assists, six rebounds and one block across 38 minutes. Booker showed no signs of being bothered by his sprained ankle in his first game back in action since March 2. He was cold from beyond the arc but scored effectively overall and facilitated well while only committing two turnovers. Booker, Bradley Beal and Kevin Durant combined for 88 points on 52.2 percent shooting, turning in the sort of collective performance that the Suns envisioned when adding Beal to the mix this offseason.... Suns' Devin Booker: No restrictions Monday
Head coach Frank Vogel said Booker (ankle) won't be under a minute restriction for Monday's game against Cleveland, Amanda Pflugrad of 3TV Phoenix reports. Booker should return to the starting lineup for his typical workload, bringing the Suns' top unit to full health. Before missing the last four games with a right ankle sprain, Booker had averaged 28.0 points, 5.4 assists, 4.4 rebounds, 2.2 three-pointers and 1.0 steals in 38.0 minutes per game in five appearances since the All-Star break.... See More ... See Less -
Suns' Devin Booker: Will play Monday
Booker (ankle) is available for Monday's game against the Cavaliers. As expected, Booker has been upgraded from probable to available and will suit up after missing the previous four games with a right ankle sprain. Before his absence, Booker was playing well, averaging 28.0 points, 5.4 assists, 4.4 rebounds and 1.0 steals in 38.0 minutes over his past five appearances.... See More ... See Less -
Suns' Devin Booker: Upgraded to probable
Booker (ankle) is considered probable for Monday's game against Cleveland, Kellan Olson of ArizonaSports.com reports. Booker appears on track to return from a four-game absence due to a right ankle sprain. He took part in on-court activities Friday, and if available Monday, he would put Phoenix's top unit back to full strength for one of the few times all season.... See More ... See Less
