Could Dwyane Wade really leave the Miami Heat? According to The Vertical's Adrian Wojnarowski, teams are preparing for that possibility and making offers to his representatives already.

Let's remember what happened last season before we start photoshopping Wade in our favorite teams' jerseys. After contract talks stalled in late May 2015, Wade's associates let it be known that he was "open" to leaving Miami if the team did not meet his contract demands. After more than a month of both sides going back and forth, Wade agreed to return on a one-year, $20 million deal on the second day of free agency.
The difference is that most of the drama took place before Wade could talk to other teams. His camp has reportedly put out feelers to the San Antonio Spurs and Dallas Mavericks. The Ringer's Bill Simmons tweeted that he heard the Milwaukee Bucks "are making a stealth play" for him. The Miami Herald's Barry Jackson reported that Wade is once again unhappy with the way the Heat have approached the summer -- they saw figuring out the Kevin Durant and Hassan Whiteside situations as bigger priorities than dealing with Wade.
Maybe this will get sorted out quickly now that Miami has an agreement with Whiteside. The Heat are reportedly meeting with Durant on Sunday, though, and Wade seems to be sending signals that he's antsy. It's worth keeping your eyes on this story, even if you don't buy that the star guard is serious about leaving Miami after 13 seasons there.
