Gimenez has nine homers this year, three of which have come over 19 games in September. He's slugging .412 this month compared to .342 for the year, though he's routinely had fairly modest power numbers. Gimenez logged his first multi-hit effort in over a week, and it was his third hit that sealed the win for the Guardians. He's batting .263 (20-for-76) with five extra-base hits and eight RBI over 18 games in September, and he's added five stolen bases in that span. The second baseman is up to a .253/.301/.337 slash line with 30 steals, eight home runs, 61 RBI and 63 runs scored over 146 games this season.

Gimenez is now at a .254/.304/.342 slash line with 28 steals, eight home runs, 58 RBI and 60 runs scored over 137 contests.
