Twins activate RP Blaine Boyer; J.R. Graham goes on DL

The Twins have activated right-handed reliever Blaine Boyer from the 15-day disabled list. Boyer has not pitched since August 9 due to right elbow inflammation.

To make room on the roster, fellow reliever J.R. Graham was placed on the DL with right shoulder inflammation.
