Report: Mets expected to make trades soon

The Mets are reportedly looking to get rid of some players, according to ESPNNewYork.com. 

At least five players are currently going through waivers, and the team is expected to make at least one deal. Marlon Byrd, John Buck and Pedro Feliciano are the most likely candidates to be moved. The team brought Anthony Recker, Matt den Dekker and Robert Carson to New York in case they make a deal. Those players would be activated if Byrd, Buck or Feliciano are dealt.
