The 2023 MLB season will continue on Sunday and last year's MVP Aaron Judge is heating up once again. Judge belted an AL-record 62 home runs last season and he enters the series finale against the Reds on an eight-game hitting streak. During that span, he's 14-for-31 with seven home runs and 16 RBI. How much exposure should you have to Judge in your MLB DFS lineups, and who else in the MLB DFS player pool is worth rostering?

White Sox outfielder Luis Robert is also scorching hot this month. He enters Sunday's matchup with the Royals slashing .359/.431/.797 with seven home runs, seven doubles and 15 RBI in the month of May. Before submitting any MLB DFS picks for Sunday, be sure to check out the MLB DFS advice, strategy and projections from SportsLine daily Fantasy expert Mike McClure.

McClure's top MLB DFS picks for Sunday

One of McClure's top MLB DFS picks for Sunday is Mariners outfielder Teoscar Hernandez ($3,500 on DraftKings and $2,800 on FanDuel). Hernandez won a pair of Silver Sluggers and was an AL All-Star in 2021 with the Blue Jays, but he was traded to the Mariners during the offseason for Erik Swanson and Adam Macko.

So far in Seattle, Hernandez is only hitting .244, but he has blasted eight home runs and has 24 RBI. And over his last five games, he's had three multi-hit efforts and is 7-for-19 overall with four RBI. He has an .899 OPS against left-handed pitching in his career and he'll match up with Braves lefty Jared Shuster, who is sporting a 7.24 ERA on the year.

McClure's MLB DFS strategy also includes rostering Astros first baseman Jose Abreu ($2,800 on DraftKings and $2,400 on FanDuel). The three-time AL All-Star and the 2020 AL MVP has had a tough start to his career in Houston, as he enters Sunday hitting .218 without a home run. However, he's had a hard-hit contact rate of at least 49% the last six seasons and he should be due for some positive regression at some point. See who else to pick right here.
