Giants outfielder Justin Maxwell went 1 for 4 at the plate Sunday and he used the one hit to help propel the Giants to a 2-1 win over the Diamondbacks.
Maxwell hit a solo home run in the second inning off Patrick Corbin for his only hit of the game. It was his seventh home run of the season.
Prior to Sunday's win, Maxwell was hitting .233 with one triple and two RBI in his last 11 games.
