  • Jaeden Graham: Reaches injury settlement

The Eagles waived Graham (undisclosed) from injured reserve Friday, Aaron Wilson of ProFootballNetwork.com reports. Graham was placed on injured reserve by the Eagles in early August, but he was able to reach an injury settlement with the team just under a month later. While the nature of his injury isn't yet clear, the 26-year-old will be eligible to play in 2022 if he can pass a physical.

  • Eagles' Jaeden Graham: Put on IR

Graham (undisclosed) was placed on injured reserve Friday. Graham had been in camp with the team after earning a contract through an impressive tryout performance. The 26-year-old tight end will miss the entire 2022 season as a result of his undisclosed injury.

  • Eagles' Jaeden Graham: Signs with Philadelphia

Graham signed a contract with the Eagles on Tuesday, Tim McManus of ESPN.com reports. Graham had received a tryout with the Eagles on Monday and impressed enough to earn a deal. The 26-year-old tight end missed last season due to a knee injury, but he played all 16 games for the Falcons in each of his two previous seasons.

  • Jaeden Graham: Earns tryout with Eagles

Graham (knee) had a tryout with the Eagles on Monday, Howard Balzer of SI.com reports. Graham spent the 2021 season on IR after suffering the knee injury last August. He'd played in all 16 games for the Falcons in each of his two previous seasons, compiling 12 catches on 15 targets for 174 yards and a touchdown.

  • Falcons' Jaeden Graham: Out for season

Graham suffered a season-ending knee injury and has been placed on injured reserve, Baxley McClain of The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports Graham played all 16 games for Atlanta the past two seasons, but apart from a three-game stint replacing Austin Hooper in Nov. 2019, he's essentially been a special-teams guy. With Hayden Hurst and Kyle Pitts atop the depth chart this summer, Graham was competing for one of the final roster spots, likely hoping special teams would be his ticket again. He'll instead miss the season and then hope to win a spot in 2022.

  • Falcons' Jaeden Graham: Sticking in Atlanta

The Falcons re-signed Graham on Friday. Graham's 2020 campaign was quieter than 2019, with him catching just three targets for 25 yards throughout 16 games in his last year. It will likely take injuries before the tight end's role might significantly increase, but the 25-year-old will aim to see more targets in the upcoming year.

  • Falcons' Jaeden Graham: Closes out 2020 with three catches

Graham did not receive a target during Sunday's 44-27 loss to Tampa Bay, and he concluded the 2020 season with three receptions for 25 yards. Graham enjoyed a brief stretch of fantasy utility last season, collecting seven receptions for 117 yards and a touchdown between Weeks 9 and 11. The 25-year-old's offensive involvement during 2020 was virtually obsolete, however, as Hayden Hurst dominated the position's passing-game work by racking up 56 receptions for 571 yards and six touchdowns on 88 targets. The Yale standout is set to see his contract expire in March, presenting uncertainty regarding his future with the organization.

  • Falcons' Jaeden Graham: Offensive role remains obsolete

Graham was not targeted on any of his 10 offensive snaps during Sunday's 34-27 win against the Broncos, though he did record one tackle over 17 special-teams snaps. Hayden Hurst has developed into a reliable pass-catching tight end with 241 receiving yards the past four weeks, while Graham remains with just one catch for seven yards on the season. The Yale product sits third on the TE depth chart, directly behind Luke Stocker, who has averaged a considerable 31.1 offensive snaps per game in 2020 as the No. 2 to Hurst. Graham would likely become the top passing-catching option at the position if Hurst were to go down, as he recorded 117 receiving yards Weeks 11 to 13 of last season with then-Falcon Austin Hooper missing time because of a knee injury. Stocker has only exceeded 95 receiving yards twice over his 10 pro campaigns.

  • Falcons' Jaeden Graham: Clear for Week 9

Graham (knee) doesn't have an injury designation for Sunday's game against the Broncos. The 25-year-old began the week as a limited participant due to the knee issue, but he practiced fully over the past two days. Graham should continue to serve as Atlanta's No. 3 tight end behind Hayden Hurst and Luke Stocker.

  • Falcons' Jaeden Graham: Still without catch on year

Graham did not register a catch or target during Monday night's 30-16 loss to the Packers. The Yale standout has been a contributor with 55 special-teams snaps through the first four weeks of 2020, though he has yet to be targeted on any of his 22 combined offensive snaps. Graham stepped in and provided a brief stretch of fantasy utility last year as then-Falcon Austin Hooper dealt with a knee injury, corralling seven passes for 117 yards and a touchdown between Weeks 10 and 13. So far in 2020, the 24-year-old has hardly gotten involved in the offensive attack, as Hayden Hurst (13 catches) and Luke Stocker (one catch) have garnered all of Atlanta's pass-catching work at tight end.

  • Falcons' Jaeden Graham: No catches against Seattle

Graham was held without a target or catch during Sunday's 38-25 loss to the Seahawks. The 24-year-old entered Week 1 as the anticipated No. 2 pass-catching tight end behind Hayden Hurst, but that did not amount to fantasy production in the season opener despite Atlanta putting up 54 pass attempts. Graham collected 11 special-teams snaps during the contest, but he was scarcely utilized on offense, fielding only eight snaps against Seattle's defense. A Week 2 matchup against Dallas provides opportunity for Graham to find his way onto the stat sheet, as the Cowboys gave up more tight end receptions (104) than any other team in the NFL last season.

  • Falcons' Jaeden Graham: Well-positioned for roster spot

Graham is one of the Falcons' top two pass-catching tight ends, Vaughn McClure of ESPN.com reports. The 24-year-old seems primed to secure a roster spot with Atlanta for a second straight season, after recording nine catches for 149 yards and one touchdown across 16 games in 2019. He made his greatest impact while Austin Hooper sat out Weeks 11 through 13 with a knee injury, corralling seven passes for 117 yards and his lone TD during that stretch. Matthew Tabeek of the Falcons' official site considers Graham a lock to make the 53-man roster alongside starter Hayden Hurst, while Luke Stocker and rookie Jared Pinkney continue to battle for depth roles.

  • Falcons' Jaeden Graham: Catches nine passes in 2019

Graham caught nine of 10 targets for 149 yards and one touchdown while appearing in all 16 games during the 2019 season. The former All-Ivy League performer signed with the Falcons as an undrafted free agent in 2018, but it wasn't until this season that he made his NFL debut. Graham's best stretch came between Weeks 12 and 13 while top tight end Austin Hooper was sidelined with a knee injury, with the 24-year-old collecting five catches for 94 yards and a touchdown in that span. Across his other 14 appearances, Graham managed just four additional catches for 55 yards. Under contract for one more season, the 24-year-old is likely to serve as a backup option again in 2020.

  • Falcons' Jaeden Graham: Likely to lose work to Hooper

Graham (thigh) practiced fully Friday and doesn't have a designation for Sunday's game against the Panthers, D. Orlando Ledbetter of The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports. Graham was the primary beneficiary of Austin Hooper's (knee) three-game absence, hauling in seven of eight targets for 117 yards and one TD during that span. With Hooper back in the fold this weekend, Graham likely will experience a downtick in his recent workload, which amounted to between 52 and 66 percent of the offensive snaps. If Hooper is at all limited, though, Graham may not fall all the way back to his handful of plays per game from the first nine contests of the campaign.

  • Falcons' Jaeden Graham: Still restricted in practice

Graham (thigh) was a limited participant in Thursday's practice. Through the Falcons' two official practices this week, Graham's activity has matched that of top tight end Austin Hooper (knee), who was also turned in limited participation Wednesday and Thursday. Graham's fantasy utility for Sunday's matchup with the Panthers will ultimately be tied to the health of Hooper, who stands a good chance of returning from a three-game absence due to an MCL sprain. If the Falcons ultimately decide to hold out Hooper for another week, Graham -- if cleared to play himself -- would make for a decent option in fantasy leagues that start two tight ends after he hauled in all four of his targets for a career-high 41 yards and a touchdown in Atlanta's Thanksgiving Day loss to the Saints.

  • Falcons' Jaeden Graham: Logs limited practice

Graham was limited in Wednesday's practice due to a thigh injury, Vaughn McClure of ESPN.com reports. Graham scored the first touchdown of his career in the Falcons' Thanksgiving Day loss to the Saints, during which he finished with four catches for 41 yards and apparently picked up the thigh issue. With Austin Hooper (knee) and Luke Stocker (back) also limited to begin the week, Graham could have another chance to lead Atlanta's tight-end corps Sunday against the Panthers, provided he's the healthiest of the trio entering the weekend.

  • Falcons' Jaeden Graham: Logs first career TD

Graham caught all four of his targets for 41 yards and a touchdown during Thursday's 26-18 loss to the Saints. The 24-year-old tight end has made impact plays over each of the past two games, hauling in a 53-yard opening-drive pass from Matt Ryan on Sunday against the Buccaneers, and Thanksgiving night securing an 18-yard touchdown to help cut New Orleans' lead to one point early in the second quarter. Despite the notable contributions of late, Graham has only garnered eight targets since Austin Hooper (knee-MCL) began his inactive stint Week 11. He's therefore a somewhat touchdown-dependent commodity heading into a Dec. 8 matchup against a Panthers defense that has only surrendered three scores to the tight end position all season.

  • Falcons' Jaeden Graham: Tears off 53-yard gain

Graham caught one of two targets for 53 receiving yards during Sunday's 35-22 loss to the Buccaneers. The 24-year-old tight end was able to exploit an open zone in the Tampa Bay secondary on Atlanta's opening drive, hauling in Matt Ryan's first pass attempt of the afternoon for a colossal gain and setting up a chip-shot field goal from Younghoe Koo. Despite a notable splash play against the Buccaneers, Graham has only garnered four total targets in two games with Austin Hooper (knee-MCL) out of the lineup, keeping his fantasy upside relatively limited heading into a Thanksgiving matchup against the Saints' No. 12 pass defense.

  • Falcons' Jaeden Graham: Filling in for Hooper

Graham and Luke Stocker will replace an injured Austin Hooper (knee) at tight end for Sunday's game against Tampa Bay, D. Orlando Ledbetter of The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports. Graham was in the same situation last week when he caught two passes for 23 yards on two targets in a 29-3 win over Carolina, handling a career-high 52 percent snap share in the process. Stocker got more playing time (66 percent) but didn't draw any targets, and he now has just 74 receptions in 109 career NFL games, i.e., he's a blocking specialist. While a matchup with the Bucs may seem promising, Graham is a long shot to approach Hooper's 2019 average of 7.4 targets per game.

  • Falcons' Jaeden Graham: Offensive role to grow

Graham is expected to garner an increased role on offense during Sunday's game against the Panthers with both Austin Hooper (knee) and Luke Stocker (knee) battling injuries, Vaughn McClure of ESPN.com reports. The 24-year-old tight end has dressed in every game while serving primarily in a special teams role, but he's never played more than 12 percent of the offensive plays in a given contest. Graham may be worth a dart throw for fantasy managers desperate for tight end help in Week 11. The pass-happy nature of the Atlanta attack along with the fact that Carolina ranks 32nd in red-zone defense could both prove favorable for Graham.
