  • Jaguars' Zay Jones: No longer facing charges

The Duval County Clerk of Court announced that Jones had a misdemeanor domestic battery charge dismissed Tuesday, Mark Long of the Associated Press reports. Jones was arrested in November, and while the dismissal of legal charges represents a positive outcome for the receiver, he could still face a suspension for a violation of the NFL's personal conduct policy. He has one year remaining on a three-year, $24 million contract with the Jaguars, though there's been speculation that he could be a cap casualty this offseason.

  • Jaguars' Zay Jones: Targeted nine times in finale

Jones caught six of nine targets for 47 yards in Sunday's 28-20 loss to the Titans. Jones played the most offensive snaps (66) of any Jaguars pass catcher Sunday in his return from a two-game absence with both knee and hamstring injuries. The veteran wideout's six receptions were a season high, and he concluded the campaign with 34 catches for 321 yards and two touchdowns across nine appearances. The 28-year-old will enter the final season of his three-year deal with Jacksonville in 2024, and his production could improve if he's able to maintain better health and if the Jaguars make no major additions to their pass-catching corps.

  • Jaguars' Zay Jones: Returning from two-game absence

Jones (knee/hamstring) is active for Sunday's game against the Titans. Jones was a limited participant in practice throughout the week, but he evidently demonstrated enough progress in his recovery from his respective lower-body injuries to make his return Sunday following a two-game absence. The Jaguars haven't indicated whether Jones will be in store for a full workload, but with Christian Kirk (groin) inactive for Week 18 despite being activated from injured reserve, the team won't have much established competition for reps behind No. 1 wideout Calvin Ridley. Jones will be making just his ninth appearance of the season Sunday, as knee issues also cost him time in Weeks 3 and 4 and Weeks 6 through 10.

  • Jaguars' Zay Jones: Looks set to play

Jones (hamstring/knee) is expected to play in Sunday's game against the Titans, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports. Jones is officially listed as questionable for the contest due to the pair of injuries, which prevented him from playing in Weeks 16 and 17. He was involved in each of the Jaguars' three practices this week, albeit as a limited participant. Jones seems to have demonstrated enough progress to put himself on a path to play Sunday, but official word on his status won't arrive until Jacksonville releases its inactive list 90 minutes prior to Sunday's 1 p.m. ET kickoff. The 28-year-old has appeared in just eight games this season and is averaging 3.5 catches and 34.3 yards per contest while scoring two touchdowns.

  • Jaguars' Zay Jones: Questionable for key Week 18 game

Jones (knee/hamstring) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Titans. Jones, fellow wide receiver Christian Kirk (groin) and quarterback Trevor Lawrence (shoulder/finger) are all listed as questionable after each of them was a limited participant in all three of Jacksonville's practices this week. Jones has missed eight games this season due to injuries, including the last two. Per Demetrius Harvey of the Florida Times-Union, coach Doug Pederson said Friday that he expects Jones to be active Sunday.

  • Jaguars' Zay Jones: Stays limited in practice

Jones (hamstring/knee) was a limited practice participant Thursday. Jones has now been listed as a limited participant on six consecutive practice reports, but because he's missed the Jaguars' last two games due to the pair of injuries, he may need to upgrade to full participation Friday to guarantee his availability for Sunday's contest versus the Titans. At the very least, Jones should take a questionable tag into the weekend if he maintains limited participation Friday. If Jones does gain clearance to play in the regular-season finale, he could find himself down to third in the pecking order at receiver behind Calvin Ridley and Christian Kirk (groin), the latter of whom has turned in a pair of limited practices this week since being designated for return from injured reserve.

  • Jaguars' Zay Jones: Limited Wednesday

Jones (hamstring/knee) was a limited participant in Wednesday's practice. Jones got in limited reps last week at practice but was eventually deemed inactive ahead of the Jaguars' 26-0 win over the Perhaps. He likely has a better chance to suit up this Sunday versus Tennessee with an AFC South title on the line for the Jaguars. Jones has already missed eight games to various lower-body injuries.

  • Jaguars' Zay Jones: Out Week 17

Jones (hamstring/knee) is officially inactive for Sunday's game against the Panthers. The 28-year-old was considered questionable after working as a limited participant at practice all week, and he'll miss his eighth game of the season due to injuries. Jones would have served as Jacksonville's No. 2 wideout if available, though his upside was likely to be limited with Trevor Lawrence (shoulder) previously ruled out. Parker Washington, Tim Jones, Elijah Cooks and return man Jamal Agnew should all take on increased roles behind top receiver Calvin Ridley in the penultimate game of the regular season.

  • Jaguars' Zay Jones: Unlikely to suit up Sunday

Jones (hamstring/knee) remains listed as questionable but isn't expected to play in Sunday's game against the Panthers, Aditi Kinkhabwala of NFL Network reports. Jones was a limited participant in practices throughout the week while managing his pair of lower-body injuries, but he ultimately looks poised to miss his second straight game and his eighth overall of the season. Official word on his status will arrive when Jacksonville posts its inactive list 90 minutes prior to Sunday's 1 p.m. ET kickoff, but assuming Jones is out this week, the Jaguars would be left with Parker Washington, Jamal Agnew, Tim Jones and Elijah Cooks as their available receivers behind No. 1 option Calvin Ridley.

  • Jaguars' Zay Jones: Questionable after limited practice

Jones (knee/hamstring) remained limited in practice Friday and is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Panthers. Jones missed Jacksonville's previous game but has a chance to return Sunday for what would be his ninth appearance in 16 opportunities this season. With Trevor Lawrence (shoulder) ruled out, Jones would have C.J. Beathard as his quarterback against Carolina's stingy secondary if the wide receiver suits up.

  • Jaguars' Zay Jones: Logs limited practice

Jones (hamstring/knee) was a limited participant at practice Wednesday. Per Michael DiRocco of ESPN.com, head coach Doug Pederson expressed optimism Tuesday that Jones could play Sunday against the Panthers. The wideout's participation in practice Wednesday -- albeit in a limited fashion -- supports that notion. That said, Jones will presumably need to practice fully by Friday in order to avoid a Week 17 injury designation.

  • Jaguars' Zay Jones: Won't play Sunday

Jones (hamstring/knee) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Buccaneers. After not practicing Wednesday and Thursday, Jones was able to practice in a limited fashion Friday, while approaching Sunday's contest listed as questionable. However, now that he's been deemed inactive versus Tampa Bay, fellow WRs Calvin Ridley and Parker Washington along with TE Evan Engram figure to lead the Jaguars' Week 16 pass-catching corps, with Jamal Agnew, Tim Jones and Elijah Cooks also in the mix. Jones will target a potential return to action Dec. 31 against the Panthers.

  • Jaguars' Zay Jones: Not expected to take on Tampa

Jones (hamstring/knee) isn't expected to play Sunday versus the Buccaneers, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports. Jones is officially listed as questionable with a hamstring injury, but head coach Doug Pederson stated Friday that the slot man wasn't on track to be available at Tampa Bay. Pederson labeled Jones "week-to-week" when he spoke about the receiver's injury Wednesday, so the bigger question may be whether Jones will be ready to return to action Week 17 against Carolina. If Jones is indeed included among Jacksonville's inactive players Sunday, additional snaps at receiver will be available for Parker Washington, Jamal Agnew and Tim Jones behind top wideout Calvin Ridley.

  • Jaguars' Zay Jones: Not expected to play Week 16

Coach Doug Pederson said Friday that Jones (hamstring) is "probably not" going to suit up Sunday versus Tampa Bay, Mia O'Brien of 1010 XL 92.5 FM Jacksonville reports. Jones, who Pederson recently called week-to-week, looks set to miss at least one contest due to the hamstring injury he sustained in this past Sunday's 23-7 loss to the Ravens. Considering that Jones has already missed back-to-back practices, it wouldn't be surprising to also see him sidelined during Friday's session. Pederson did, however, note that Jones is making progress, which lends optimism to the idea that he could be available Dec. 31 versus the Panthers. On a plus note for Jacksonville, Trevor Lawrence (concussion) is set to resume practicing Friday, per John Shipley of SI.com.

  • Jaguars' Zay Jones: Still not practicing

Jones (hamstring/knee) remained sidelined at practice Thursday, Michael DiRocco of ESPN.com reports. On Wednesday, head coach Doug Pederson labeled Jones as week-to-week, so the fact that the wideout has now missed consecutive practices was fully expected. Jones appears to be trending toward sitting out his seventh game of the season Sunday at Tampa Bay, after he had previously been sidelined for six of Jacksonville's first nine contests with a knee injury. He's being listed with both knee and hamstring injuries on the Jaguars' Week 16 report, though the hamstring issue he sustained in this past Sunday's 23-7 loss to the Ravens seems to be the greater concern.

  • Jaguars' Zay Jones: Misses first Week 16 practice

Jones (hamstring) isn't practicing Wednesday, Juston Lewis of The Florida Times-Union reports. Considered head coach Doug Pederson labeled Jones as week-to-week earlier Wednesday, the wideout's absence from practice is hardly a surprise. If Jones is unable to play Sunday against the Buccaneers, Parker Washington and Jamal Agnew could be in line for larger roles in a Jacksonville offense that could have C.J. Beathard at quarterback instead of Trevor Lawrence (concussion).

  • Jaguars' Zay Jones: Labeled week-to-week

Jaguars head coach Doug Pederson said Wednesday that Jones (hamstring) is considered week-to-week, John Shipley of SI.com reports. Jones tweaked his hamstring late during Jacksonville's 23-7 loss to the Ravens on Sunday, and the injury looks like it could result in him missing some time. The wideout had already missed six of the Jaguars' first 14 games of the season due to a knee injury. With Christian Kirk (groin) already on injured reserve, any missed time on Jones' part would provide a path for Parker Washington and Jamal Agnew to handle expanded roles behind Calvin Ridley.

  • Jaguars' Zay Jones: Suffers hamstring injury late

Jones caught five of eight targets for 59 yards before suffering a hamstring injury in the second half of Sunday's 23-7 loss to the Ravens, according to Jaguars' beat reporter John Shipley. Jones did not return to the game, and head coach Doug Pederson commented that the injury "looked bad on the field." This isn't great news for Jones, who was already dealing with a knee injury prior to leaving Sunday's contest. The team will likely release more details in the coming days as Jones receives treatment. For the time being, the wideout should be considered questionable for next Sunday's matchup against Tampa Bay.

  • Jaguars' Zay Jones: Gets in limited practice Thursday

Jones (knee) remained limited in Thursday's practice. Jones has been dealing with the knee issue all season and has played in four straight games. There's little reason to expect this week to be any different, and Jones should be out there Sunday night against Baltimore. With Christian Kirk (groin, IR) sidelined, Jones is being counted on to log heavy snaps alongside Calvin Ridley and rookie Parker Washington. Jones is coming off a season-high 14 targets last week in Cleveland, but he turned them into a 5-29-0 receiving line.

  • Jaguars' Zay Jones: Week 15 Waiver Priority List

Christian Kirk (groin) is on injured reserve, and Jones should continue to get a hefty amount of targets from Trevor Lawrence. Jones has 22 targets in his past two games against Cincinnati and Cleveland, and while he only has 10 catches for 107 yards and no touchdowns over that span, those opportunities make Jones a potential No. 3 Fantasy receiver in all leagues moving forward, even at Baltimore in Week 15. Jones faced the Ravens last year in Week 12 and had 11 catches for 145 yards on 14 targets. You can also look at Parker Washington (9 percent rostered) in deeper leagues, and he has two touchdowns in the past two games with Kirk hurt, including eight catches for 88 yards on nine targets.
