Harmon was a nice November pickup for Cleveland and played key December snaps when the Browns locked up their postseason berth. Harmon wrapped up his 2022 campaign with 86 total tackles (63 solo), five passes defensed, two interceptions, two forced fumbles and a touchdown in 17 games. Harmon started all but one contest in his first season with the Raiders, and the 31-year-old's 86 tackles marked a career high. Lions' Duron Harmon: Dealt to Lions
The Patriots traded Harmon to the Lions on Wednesday in a deal that also involves a swap of late-round picks, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports. Per Ben Volin of The Boston Globe, the move clears up about $3.5 million in cap space for the Patriots, while simultaneously bolstering the Lions' depth at safety. Tom Withers@twithersAP22H agoSadly, Cleveland officials have lacked a vision for the lakefront and its broader development for 50 years. We’ll see if the city is serious about keeping the Browns downtown. A domed stadium does make sense, but at what cost? $2.5 billion estimate seems low given other issues.
