The Lions are expected to sign Sudfeld if he passes a physical Wednesday, Dave Birkett of the Detroit Free Press reports.
The Lions have already cut the first of their two underwhelming backup QBs from this summer, Tim Boyle. David Blough would seem to be on the chopping block as well if Sudfeld indeed signs with the team.
