Marks (triceps) will not participate in the Jaguars' OTAs.
Marks is coming off a torn triceps that limited him to just four games last year, when his season didn't start until October due to a torn ACL suffered in 2014. Considering Marks posted a career-high 8.5 sacks that season, the Jaguars are understandably taking caution to ensure he returns to full health when needed this season, thus explaining his absence from OTAs.
