The 2024 legal tampering period began Monday and although the new NFL league year isn't official, free agents are reportedly agreeing to terms with new teams and there has been a ton of player movement. NFL free agency brings new faces to new teams and ultimately has a massive impact on the outlook of those players and teams from a Fantasy Football standpoint. The 2024 Fantasy season is shaping up as we speak and in some cases -- like the Atlanta Falcons for example -- a massive shift has occurred in the overall landscape of their offense after signing Kirk Cousins and wide receiver Darnell Mooney.

Quarterbacks
Kirk Cousins signs with Falcons: Jamey broke down the impact of Cousins' move to Atlanta for the quarterback, last year's rookie sensation Bijan Robinson, and a pair of post-hype sleepers in Kyle Pitts and Drake London -- among others. On Robinson, "he was going to be a No. 1 Fantasy running back no matter who the quarterback was this season, but Cousins coming to Atlanta solidifies that. He's worth drafting as early as No. 3 overall in all leagues."
Russell Wilson signs with Steelers: Jamey broke down the impact Wilson will have as the likely starter for the Steelers and if he might be able to capture some of the magic he's found with bigger-bodied X receivers D.K. Metcalf and Courtland Sutton but now with George Pickens. "Pickens is worth drafting as a high-end No. 3 Fantasy receiver this season, and you should look for him as early as Round 6."
Running backs
Derrick Henry signs with Ravens: While Baltimore made a splash by landing the accomplished former Titans running back, Heath is only projecting him to have the value of a low RB2, and "even if you think my projection is light, Henry's age and injury risk mean should shouldn't draft him in the first three rounds anyway."
Saquon Barkley signs with Eagles: "As an NFL running back, Barkley is still good, he's just not the guy he was his first two seasons in the league. That's exactly how you should view him in Fantasy Football as well," Heath says, noting that he's a Round 2 or 3 pick depending on the format of your league.
Josh Jacobs signs with Packers: Dave believes the Jacobs signing moves the Packers in a "new, exciting direction," noting that Jacobs is a scheme fit who may be able to pile up TDs in Green Bay. While there's still plenty of time for the Packers to pair Jacobs with another back, he'll likely be a desirable Fantasy asset in drafts.
Aaron Jones signs with Vikings: "No matter the quarterback, Kevin O'Connell's offense should be productive for Jones, and this was a good landing spot after he was released in Green Bay given the expected workload," Jamey says about Jones staying in the NFC North by joining Minnesota.
Zack Moss signs with Bengals: "Fantasy managers should consider Moss a No. 2 running back in all leagues," according to Jamey, but he also tips Chase Brown as a sleeper he plans to draft with a late-round pick in all leagues.
Joe Mixon traded to Texans: "Can Mixon keep scoring with the Texans? Will he still have a promising amount of touches? Is the offense a good fit? The answers to all three questions are yes but with asterisks," according to Dave, who broke down what the moves means for Mixon and Houston.
Austin Ekeler signs with Commanders: While Ekeler has been one of the biggest names in Fantasy for years, Jamey "wouldn't be surprised if [Brian Robinson] led Washington in carries and rushing yards," though he does believe Ekeler is worth drafting as a No. 2 Fantasy running back in Washington.
D'Andre Swift signs with Bears: Chicago struck first in the RB market during the legal tampering period, and Heath believes the best news for Swift's value is in Dynasty leagues. "He just turned 25 years old and he now has a better chance than the average running back of starting Week 1 of the 2025 season."
Tony Pollard signs with Titans: Pollard is coming off a disappointing season for Fantasy managers, and Jamey says that this "wasn't the best destination for Pollard to improve his Fantasy value." Pollard will have to battle the talented Tyjae Spears for touches out of the Tennessee backfield, and Spears still has value in the middle rounds of drafts.
Wide receivers
Calvin Ridley signs with Titans: Thought to be deciding between returning to Jacksonville or heading to New England, Ridley instead joins Tennessee, where his effectiveness will have wide ranging implications for the Fantasy Football world," according to Heath.
Diontae Johnson traded to Panthers: Dave believers there's "a pretty good shot" of Johnson returning to 100-plus targets in Carolina, where Bryce Young is in desperate need of playmakers. "I think Johnson can improve his catch and yardage totals from last year ... but he still has a lot of work to do to be a reliable No. 3 Fantasy receiver because of the quarterback."
Keenan Allen traded to Bears: Jamey "still likes Moore better than Allen given Moore's big-play ability and age (26), but he loses value with Allen now in Chicago. And Allen, who will be 32 in April, loses value going to a new team and leaving Justin Herbert."
