Kareem sustained a hamstring injury during Sunday's preseason loss to the Giants, Ben Baby of ESPN.com reports.
Kareem came off the bench during Sunday's matchup and didn't record any counting stats prior to his departure. It's not yet clear whether he'll be able to play during Saturday's preseason finale against the Rams.
