  • Nuggets' Kentavious Caldwell-Pope: Solid total in loss

Caldwell-Pope racked up 13 points (5-9 FG, 3-6 3Pt), six rebounds, six assists, one block and two steals over 36 minutes during Wednesday's 104-97 loss to the Suns. Denver's backcourt continues to deal with Jamal Murray's (ankle) absence, and although Caldwell-Pope can be a volatile fantasy prospect, he's delivered solid assist and rebound totals alongside one of his best scoring results over the past two weeks. Short of putting Murray and Reggie Jackson on the floor at the same time, the Nuggets lack playoff experience in the backcourt, so they'll need to see more production from Caldwell-Pope down the stretch.

  • Nuggets' Kentavious Caldwell-Pope: Quiet in 32 minutes

Caldwell-Pope totaled three points (1-6 FG, 1-3 3Pt), two rebounds, six assists and one steal across 32 minutes during Monday's 125-119 victory over the Raptors. Caldwell-Pope wasn't able to get his shot to fall, but he had plenty of success as a playmaker, as this was his 26th career game with at least six assists. Despite the dud on the scoring front, Caldwell-Pope is still hitting 51.9 percent from the field and 50.0 percent from beyond the arc through four March games.

  • Nuggets' Kentavious Caldwell-Pope: Clear for Tuesday

Caldwell-Pope (personal) has been removed from the injury report in advance of Tuesday's game against Phoenix. Caldwell-Pope practiced Monday, and he is now officially available for Tuesday's rematch of a 2023 Western Conference playoff duel. He is averaging 15.2 points, 2.0 rebounds, 3.0 assists and 1.7 steals across his last three appearances

  • Nuggets' Kentavious Caldwell-Pope: Back with team Monday

Caldwell-Pope (personal) participated in Monday's practice, Vinny Benedetto of The Denver Gazette reports. Caldwell-Pope and Braxton Key both missed Saturday's win over the Lakers due to personal reasons but have returned to the team and will likely be available for Tuesday's matchup versus Phoenix. Over his last three appearances, the veteran sharpshooter has averaged 15.7 points on 53.3 percent shooting.

  • Nuggets' Kentavious Caldwell-Pope: Ruled out Saturday

Caldwell-Pope (personal) has been ruled out for Saturday's game against the Lakers, head coach Michael Malone told Vic Lombardi of Altitude Sports. Malone said Caldwell-Pope would miss Saturday's game due to personal reasons, and while he didn't get into further details, he said he hoped his absence wouldn't be an extended one. Caldwell-Pope's next chance to play will come against the Suns on Tuesday, and in the meantime, Christian Braun could be in line to see more minutes. The same can be said for Justin Holiday and even Julian Strawther.

  • Nuggets' Kentavious Caldwell-Pope: Iffy for Saturday

Caldwell-Pope (personal) is questionable for Saturday's game against the Lakers. Jamal Murray is also questionable after tweaking his ankle Thursday night. If Caldwell-Pope is unable to suit up, the Nuggets could turn to Christian Braun and Peyton Watson to soak up some of the available wing minutes.

  • Nuggets' Kentavious Caldwell-Pope: Tallies 16 points in rout

Caldwell-Pope had 16 points (6-10 FG, 4-6 3Pt), two rebounds, four assists and three steals over 29 minutes during Wednesday's 117-96 win over the Kings. Caldwell-Pope helped the Nuggets put away the game in the third quarter, scoring 11 of his 16 points in that period. Nine of those points came on a trio of triples over a two-and-a-half-minute span that pushed Denver's lead to 32. Caldwell-Pope's 16 overall points tied his highest mark in February, and he's now posted eight games this season with at least three steals.

  • Nuggets' Kentavious Caldwell-Pope: Will play Sunday

Caldwell-Pope (finger) is available for Sunday's game against the Warriors, Anthony Slater of The Athletic reports. Caldwell-Pope haas been dealing with a right finger sprain over the last few days, but he will be able to play through it Sunday. The 11th-year veteran doesn't figure to see any limitations.

  • Nuggets' Kentavious Caldwell-Pope: Questionable to face Golden State

Caldwell-Pope is listed as questionable to face the Warriors on Sunday due to a right finger sprain. The veteran sharpshooter has been dealing with a finger injury over the last few days, and while he was able to play through it against the Trail Blazers on Friday, he remains questionable to face Golden State. Considering he finished with nine points (2-5 FG, 1-3 3Pt, 4-5 FT), four rebounds and four assists across 33 minutes against Portland, the tag seems like a precautionary move, meaning Caldwell-Pope could play -- and handle his regular workload -- against the Warriors.

  • Nuggets' Kentavious Caldwell-Pope: Good to go

Caldwell-Pope (finger) is available for Friday's tilt against the Trail Blazers. Caldwell-Pope sprained his right finger in Thursday's win over Washington and subsquently drew a questionable designation for Friday's second night of a back-to-back set. He will give it a go and is presumably in line for his usual workload assuming he avoids any setbacks.

  • Nuggets' Kentavious Caldwell-Pope: Iffy for Friday

Caldwell-Pope (finger) is questionable for Friday's game against Portland. Caldwell-Pope left Thursday's win over Washington due to a right finger sprain, and the severity remains unclear. If he can't play Friday, Christian Braun, Justin Holiday and Julian Strawther would be candidates for increased roles.

  • Nuggets' Kentavious Caldwell-Pope: Questionable to return

Caldwell-Pope is questionable to return to Thursday's game against the Wizards due to a right finger sprain. Caldwell-Pope's bad luck continues, as he had missed three of the Nuggets' previous four games due to a hamstring injury. He clearly didn't seem right Thursday, as he was scoreless on 0-of-6 shooting with two rebounds and one assist in 16 minutes when he exited the game. Christian Braun started the second half in his place.

  • Nuggets' Kentavious Caldwell-Pope: Starting against Washington

Caldwell-Pope (hamstring) will start against the Wizards on Thursday, Vic Lombardi of Altitude Sports reports. Head coach Michael Malone revealed that all the regular starters will be in the lineup against Washington, so both Caldwell-Pope and Jamal Murray (lower leg) will return to the starting unit. Caldwell-Pope is averaging 10.0 points, 2.3 rebounds and 2.3 assists per game, and he makes an impact with his elite floor spacing as he's making 37.9 percent of his attempts from beyond the arc.

  • Nuggets' Kentavious Caldwell-Pope: Officially deemed probable

Caldwell-Pope (hamstring) is probable for Thursday's game against Washington. Caldwell-Pope was initially believed to be good to go for Thursday's matchup, but he'll carry an injury designation on the Nuggets' official injury report. However, he'll likely be able to suit up as Denver resumes play following the All-Star break.

  • Nuggets' Kentavious Caldwell-Pope: Good to go Thursday

Caldwell-Pope (hamstring) will play in Thursday's game against the Wizards, Harrison Wind of TheDNVR.com reports. Caldwell-Pope missed three of the past four games for Denver before the All-Star break, but the extra time off has allowed his hamstring to heal. He was able to practice in full during Tuesday's session, and there's no word of any restrictions, although he's likely to be monitored closely.

  • Nuggets' Kentavious Caldwell-Pope: Ruled out Wednesday

Caldwell-Pope (hamstring) won't play in Wednesday's game against the Kings, Vic Lombardi of Altitude Sports reports. Head coach Michael Malone had previously expressed doubt that Caldwell-Pope would be ready to play in the Nuggets' final game before the All-Star break, and as expected, the veteran wing will be out Wednesday with right hamstring tendinosis. Caldwell-Pope had previously missed two consecutive games with the hamstring injury before suffering an apparent aggravation in his nine minutes of court time in Monday's loss to the Bucks. He'll have some extended time to heal up from the injury with Denver not playing its next game until Feb. 22 versus the Wizards following Wednesday's tilt.

  • Nuggets' Kentavious Caldwell-Pope: Unlikely to play Wednesday

Nuggets head coach Michael Malone said that Caldwell-Pope (hamstring) is doubtful for Wednesday's game against the Kings, Chris Dempsey of Altitude Sports reports. Caldwell-Pope is officially listed as questionable. Caldwell-Pope returned from a two-game absence due to the right hamstring injury in Monday's 112-95 loss to the Bucks, but he played just nine minutes before missing the entire second half with an apparent aggravation of the injury. Given that Wednesday's game marks the Nuggets' final contest before the All-Star break, the team is likely incentivized to hold Caldwell-Pope out and afford him extra time to heal up from the injury. With Malone also labeling Jamal Murray (tibias) as doubtful, the Nuggets will likely have to replace both of their usual starters in the backcourt. Reggie Jackson, Christian Braun, Justin Holiday, Collin Gillespie and Julian Strawther are all candidates to see heightened workloads in the expected absences of Caldwell-Pope and Murray.

  • Nuggets' Kentavious Caldwell-Pope: Downgraded to doubtful

Caldwell-Pope (hamstring) is doubtful to return for the second half of Monday's game against Milwaukee. He tallied one point (0-3 FG, 0-1 3Pt, 1-1 FT), two rebounds and two assists in nine minutes prior to departing. Caldwell-Pope had missed the Nuggets' previous two games with the same injury before he exited with 2:40 remaining in the fourth quarter after suffering an apparent aggravation. He was initially deemed questionable to return to the game, but Denver now seems content to hold him out for the rest of the night. The Nuggets will have a day off before playing again Wednesday versus the Kings, but since that's the team's final game before the All-Star break, it wouldn't be surprising if Caldwell-Pope is held out of that contest.

  • Nuggets' Kentavious Caldwell-Pope: Questionable to return

Caldwell-Pope is questionable to return to Monday's game against the Bucks due to right hamstring tightness, Katy Winge of Altitude Sports reports. Caldwell-Pope carried a questionable designation leading up to Monday's tipoff due to a right hamstring issue, so it appears he may have aggravated the injury. Christian Braun and Justin Holiday would be in line for more minutes if Caldwell-Pope is unable to return.
