  • Suns' Bradley Beal: Poor result in victory

Beal registered 10 points (3-11 FG, 3-7 3Pt, 1-2 FT), four rebounds, seven assists, one block and one steal in 37 minutes during Wednesday's 104-97 victory over the Nuggets. Beal has played through a finger injury but his resent results suggest some difficulty with his shot. The veteran has converted only 31.8 percent of his 22 shot attempts over the past two games, and the Suns need much more from Beal if they hope to stay out of the play-in bracket. With only 19 total points over the past two games, Beal will try to turn things around against the Thunder this Friday.

  • Suns' Bradley Beal: Available to face Denver

Beal (finger) is available to play Wednesday against the Nuggets. Beal didn't practice Tuesday and could've been trending in the wrong direction, but he ended up being available and should handle his regular workload. Beal is averaging 17.3 points, 6.5 assists, 3.8 rebounds and 1.1 steals per game since the beginning of March.

  • Suns' Bradley Beal: Fails to practice Tuesday

Suns head coach Frank Vogel said that Beal (finger) didn't practice Tuesday and is questionable for Wednesday's game against the Nuggets, Amanda Pflugrad of 3TV Phoenix reports. Beal failed to practice one day after spraining his right right finger in the fourth quarter of Monday's 104-102 loss to San Antonio. Given that the injury is to Beal's dominant hand, the Suns could be inclined to hold him out Wednesday if the coaching staff has any concern that his shooting might be compromised. Royce O'Neale and Eric Gordon would likely benefit the most from a minutes standpoint if Beal ultimately sits out Wednesday.

  • Suns' Bradley Beal: Sprains finger Monday

Suns head coach Frank Vogel said after Monday's 104-102 loss to the Spurs that Beal sprained his right ring finger in the fourth quarter of the contest, and the guard's status for Wednesday's game against the Nuggets has yet to be determined, Amanda Pflugrad of 3TV Phoenix reports. He finished with nine points (4-11 FG, 1-4 3Pt), six assists, five rebounds and two steals in 30 minutes. Beal was invisible down the stretch Monday, going scoreless for the final 20 minutes of the game while attempting only one shot in the fourth quarter. He appeared to sprain the finger with just under three minutes remaining in the contest while fighting for a defensive rebound. The Suns will presumably re-evaluate Beal on Tuesday before assessing his status for Wednesday's contest.

  • Suns' Bradley Beal: Dishes out 12 dimes in win

Beal produced 13 points (6-10 FG, 1-3 3Pt), one rebound and 12 assists in 28 minutes during Saturday's 131-106 win over San Antonio. Beal has been forced to adjust to playing as the Suns' third-best scoring alternative behind Kevin Durant and Devin Booker, but the veteran guard has adjusted well to the role. He's failed to surpass the 15-point mark in four of his last five appearances, but the decrease in scoring has translated into decent numbers in the playmaking department, as he's dished out seven or more assists in each of those five contests.

  • Suns' Bradley Beal: Leads team in Sunday's loss

Beal finished with a team-high 28 points (11-15 FG, 1-3 3Pt, 5-6 FT), four rebounds, seven assists, one block and one steal over 37 minutes during Sunday's 140-129 loss to Milwaukee. The 30-year-old guard produced his best scoring effort since dropping 31 against the Thunder on March 3. Beal scored at least 15 points in every contest in between, and over that eight-game stretch, he's averaging 22.6 points, 6.1 assists, .39 boards, 1.9 threes and 1.4 steals while shooting 54.6 percent from the floor and 41.7 percent from beyond the arc.

  • Suns' Bradley Beal: Settling into groove

Beal chipped in 24 points (10-19 FG, 2-7 3Pt, 2-2 FT), five rebounds, four assists and three steals over 36 minutes during Monday's 117-111 win over the Cavaliers. Beal has put forth a remarkably consistent 23.0 points, 2.7 rebounds, 5.3 assists and 2.3 steals on 50.9 percent shooting across his last three games. He is averaging 18.3 shots across those contests, and while that figure could dip slightly as Devin Booker (ankle) continues re-acclimating, Beal is on the rise. A prime-time showing against Boston is next up Thursday.

  • Suns' Bradley Beal: Goes for 25 points in loss

Beal had 25 points (10-20 FG, 3-5 3Pt, 2-2 FT), one rebound, four assists and three steals across 38 minutes during Saturday's 117-107 loss to the Celtics. Beal didn't do much in other categories outside of scoring, but fantasy managers probably wouldn't have an issue if he hovers around the 25-point mark regularly, especially with Devin Booker (ankle) out. Injuries have derailed Beal all season long, but he's scored in double digits in his last four appearances and seems to be trending in the right direction, as he's averaging 19.8 points per game across five March outings.

  • Suns' Bradley Beal: Comes close to double-double

Beal ended with 20 points (8-16 FG, 1-4 3Pt, 3-4 FT), two rebounds, eight assists, one block and one steal across 33 minutes during Thursday's 120-113 victory over the Raptors. Beal took a backseat in scoring Thursday due to Kevin Durant's and Grayson Allen's performances, but he still posted an excellent stat line while ending just two assists shy of a double-double. Beal has struggled massively with injuries this season, and there's no question the lack of availability hurts his fantasy upside, but he's been productive when healthy. He's averaging 20.6 points per game in his 10 appearances since the beginning of February.

  • Suns' Bradley Beal: Scores team-high 31 points

Beal ended Sunday's 118-110 loss to Oklahoma City with 31 points (10-14 FG, 3-5 3Pt, 8-10 FT), four rebounds, six assists and one block in 34 minutes. Numerous chances at the charity stripe and heightened secondary numbers padded Beal's fantasy total. The veteran bounced back from a poor showing before getting ejected Saturday night against Houston. With Devin Booker (ankle) sidelined, Beal took control of the backcourt and enjoyed increased opportunity as a scoring option. Another absence from Booker would push Beal to the forefront against Denver on Tuesday evening.

  • Suns' Bradley Beal: Good to go

Beal (hamstring) will play in Sunday's game against the Thunder Steve McGehee of News 9 Oklahoma City reports. Beal returned to action Saturday after missing the previous five games due to a hamstring injury, and he will be able to suit up for the second half of the team's back-to-back set. It would be surprising if Beal weren't on some sort of minute restriction, but he could see increased usage while he is on the floor due to Devin Booker (ankle) being out of the lineup.

  • Suns' Bradley Beal: Likely available Sunday

Beal is probable for Sunday's game against the Thunder due to left hamstring injury management, Duane Rankin of The Arizona Republic reports. Beal was ejected during Saturday's loss to Houston but should return to action Sunday. With Devin Booker (ankle) sidelined, Beal will likely take over as the primary point guard, while Eric Gordon, Grayson Allen and Royce O'Neale are also candidates for increased roles.

  • Suns' Bradley Beal: Ejected in return

Beal (hamstring) was ejected from Saturday's game against the Rockets after he was involved in an altercation with Jalen Green. He finished with seven points (3-6 FG, 1-1 3Pt), two rebounds, two assists and two turnovers in 20 minutes. Beal and Green were tangled up, and a shoving match ensued. A suspension seems unlikely, and Beal was likely getting close to his unspecified minutes restriction after recently recovering from a hamstring injury. He had missed the Suns' previous five games with the injury.

  • Suns' Bradley Beal: Good to go Saturday

Beal (hamstring) will play in Saturday's game against the Rockets, Amanda Pflugrad of 3TV Phoenix reports. Head coach Frank Vogel said Beal will be on a minutes "range," according to Duane Rankin of The Arizona Republic. This was the expectation, as Beal was upgraded to probable prior to this update. This will be Beal's first game since Feb. 13, so Vogel's words about a minutes restriction aren't surprising at all. His return will be a big relief to Phoenix, as they are missing Eric Gordon (groin).

  • Suns' Bradley Beal: Likely to play Saturday

Beal (hamstring) is probable for Saturday's game against the Rockets, Kellan Olson of ArizonaSports.com reports. Beal's on track to suit up following a five-game absence, but given he hasn't played since Feb. 13, it's safe to assume he'll have some restrictions to avoid a potential setback. Before suffering the hamstring injury, Beal was playing well, averaging 22.6 points, 6.1 assists, 4.7 rebounds and 1.3 steals in 36.4 minutes per game.

  • Suns' Bradley Beal: Remains out Thursday

Beal (hamstring) won't play Thursday against the Rockets, Kellan Olson of ArizonaSports.com reports. Beal will miss his fifth straight game due to the hamstring injury, but since he was able to resume practicing this week, he may have a decent chance at making it back for Saturday's rematch with the Rockets. With Eric Gordon (groin) also out Thursday, Royce O'Neale is likely to see a significant workload on the wing.

  • Suns' Bradley Beal: Questionable for Thursday

Beal (hamstring) is questionable for Thursday's game against the Rockets, Kellan Olson of ArizonaSports.com reports. Beal and Eric Gordon (groin) are both questionable, so it's unclear what the Suns' backcourt rotation will look like at this point. If Beal is cleared to suit up, he'll presumably be limited given it would be his first appearance since Feb. 13.

  • Suns' Bradley Beal: Partial participant at practice

Beal (hamstring) participated in non-contact parts of Tuesday's practice, Gerald Bourguet of GoPHNX.com reports. Beal has missed four straight games dating back to before the All-Star break, and while he hasn't been cleared for full-contract work yet, he continues to trend in the right direction. Eric Gordon (groin) and Jusuf Nurkic (ankle) were also limited participants Tuesday, but they'll have one more day to recover before attempting to suit up Thursday versus Houston.

  • Suns' Bradley Beal: Out again Sunday

Beal (hamstring) won't play Sunday against the Lakers. Beal went through a lengthy pregame workout prior to Friday's 114-110 loss to Houston, but he ended up sitting out that game and will now miss a fourth straight contest Sunday. After Sunday's contest, Phoenix is off until Thursday against the Rockets, so Beal could have a good chance at making it back for the start of the Suns' three-game week if he avoids any setbacks with his hamstring in the coming days. Eric Gordon, who has been starting in Beal's place over the past three games, is questionable for Sunday's game with left groin soreness.

  • Suns' Bradley Beal: Ruled out against Houston

Beal (hamstring) won't play in Friday's game versus the Rockets, John Gambadoro of Arizona Sports 98.7 FM reports. Beal will miss his third straight game Friday, as expected, after being downgraded from doubtful to out due to a left hamstring strain. The star guard's next chance to suit up is Sunday's matchup with the Lakers.
