Howard (hip) will start Tuesday's game against Dallas, Mike Trudell of Spectrum SportsNet reports.
Howard was probable coming in, and he'll ultimately make his fifth straight start at center. The veteran is coming off of an eight-point, 10-rebound effort in 33 minutes -- his second-highest total of the season -- Sunday against the Pels.
