We're about a week and a half out from this year's NBA All-Star Weekend, and Fantasy managers are looking to get an edge by securing ideal waiver wire pickups ahead of the trade deadline. While there don't seem to be any home run targets with less than 50 percent rostership right now, injuries could help certain role-players hold onto featured roles for the next five or six games. We've identified a trio of readily available options who stand out.

Here are three Week 15 waiver-wire targets with rostership at 50 percent or less in CBS leagues.

Jaxson Hayes, C, NOP (38% rostered)

New Orleans has made it a point to get Hayes more involved since late January, and the springy big man has made the most of his new opportunities. While he didn't get the starting nod in his team's most recent game after averaging 15.7 points and 8.3 rebounds with the first unit, he's scored at least 20 points in five of his previous 10 games. It'll be hard to predict Hayes' involvement when Guillermo Hernangomez returns to the rotation. Still, Hayes is well worth streaming for a Pelicans team that'll need to adjust as it integrates new players after trading for CJ McCollum and a host of other Trail Blazers.

Reggie Bullock, G, DAL (38% rostered)

Dallas hasn't utilized Bullock as the sharpshooter they brought him in to be for most of the season, but he's coming into his own ahead of the All-Star break. The Mavericks wing has averaged 19.6 points and 6.0 rebounds over his previous five games while converting 24 of his 50 3-point attempts. Luka Doncic needs help on offense while Kristaps Porzingis is dealing with a knee injury, and Tim Hardaway Jr.'s broken foot has opened the door for Bullock to be a big-time contributor in the immediate future.

Jonathan Kuminga, F, GSW (27% rostered)

The Warriors' top pick from the 2021 NBA Draft has experienced a spike in scoring in early February, and Otto Porter Jr. doesn't appear to be a major threat to his production. Kuminga is averaging 17.7 points, 4.7 rebounds, and 2.7 assists per game this month and outpaced Porter in minutes on Monday when the veteran returned from a three-game layoff caused by a foot injury. It appears that Draymond Green will be out until after the All-Star break, so Kuminga's more prominent role could last at least another five games.
