We go around baseball's rotations every Sunday of the season in our weekly Pitching Planner. We highlight every matchup, recommended two-start options, sleepers and busts and much more. The means we consider them a recommended start. The means we suggest you consider a replacement option. The teams have if we deem their week's matchups favorable and if their week's matchups are deemed unfavorable.

Arizona Diamondbacks

  1. Dan Haren vs NYM Niese
  2. Rodrigo Lopez vs SF Cain
  3. Edwin Jackson vs SF Sanchez
  4. Ian Kennedy vs NYM Pelfrey, vs SF Bumgarner
  5. Barry Enright vs NYM Dickey, vs SF Lincecum

Two-starter(s): Kennedy and Enright. They are questionable options best left for deeper leagues. We would take the chance on Kennedy in mixed formats, but likely not Enright.
Who is getting skipped: None.
One-week sleeper: Kennedy. He draws two home starts against two weaker offenses. The Mets are really struggling to score right now.
One-week bust: Lopez. He might have fooled you into trusting him in the brief Fantasy Week 15 (July 15-18) after the All-Star break, but don't be fooled again.

Atlanta Braves

  1. Jair Jurrjens vs SD LeBlanc, at FLA Robertson
  2. Tommy Hanson vs SD Garland
  3. Tim Hudson vs SD Richard
  4. Derek Lowe at FLA Sanabia
  5. Kris Medlen at FLA Sanchez

Two-starter(s): Jurrjens. He is an advisable option in all leagues, having proven healthy and effective in July.
Who is getting skipped: Medlen. He will make his first post-break start July 24, so he still gets a start.
One-week sleeper: Jurrjens. We figure there are too many skeptics, considering he was active in a mere 44 percent of leagues. He is back and might even be a must-start.
One-week bust: None. All five of the Braves starters can be useful in mixed leagues this week, and most weeks.

Baltimore Orioles

  1. Jeremy Guthrie vs MIN Pavano
  2. Brian Matusz vs MIN Blackburn
  3. Chris Tillman vs TB Davis, vs MIN Baker
  4. Jake Arrieta vs TB Garza, vs MIN Slowey
  5. Brad Bergesen vs TB Shields

Two-starter(s): Tillman and Arrieta. They are questionable options best left for deeper AL-only leagues still.
Who is getting skipped: None.
One-week sleeper: Tillman. He is coming off his best start of his career and could prove useful in deeper mixed leagues if you're a risk-taker.
One-week bust: Guthrie. He had a quality start coming out of the break, but we wouldn't trust him in mixed leagues against the Twins this week.

Boston Red Sox

  1. John Lackey at SEA Rowland-Smith
  2. Josh Beckett at SEA Vargas
  3. Jon Lester at SEA Pauley
  4. Daisuke Matsuzaka at OAK Sheets, at SEA Fister
  5. Tim Wakefield at OAK Braden
  6. Clay Buchholz at OAK Gonzalez

Two-starter(s): Dice-K. He is a questionable option best left for AL-only leagues, but we might consider him in mixed formats if you're a risk-taker with two-start pitchers. Those offenses are not scary at least.
Who is getting skipped: Wakefield off his second start. Beckett has been slated to return in the four-game weekend series at Seattle, which likely bumps Wakefield back to the bullpen.
One-week sleeper: Dice-K. The well-rested vet is facing two weaker offenses with two starts. He is a combined 5-2 against those AL West opponents in his career with an ERA around 4.00.
One-week bust: Wakefield. He is coming off a terrible start and looks like he will be one and done in the Red Sox's rotation with Beckett's return. Even a six-man rotation won't save him as a two-start pitcher this week.

Chicago Cubs

  1. Ryan Dempster vs HOU Wright
  2. Ted Lilly vs HOU Myers
  3. Randy Wells vs STL Suppan
  4. Tom Gorzelanny vs STL Hawksworth
  5. Carlos Silva vs HOU Rodriguez, vs STL Carpenter

Two-starter(s): Silva. He is a questionable option that has probably earned the benefit of the doubt in his career-best first half.
Who is getting skipped: None.
One-week sleeper: Silva. The tough second start is made up for by the favorable first start against the Astros. You owe it to him to use him in mixed leagues. You're playing with the house's money here.
One-week bust: Wells. He had been hot in his past four starts, but his career ERA against the Cardinals is over 10.00. That makes him someone to avoid in mixed leagues.

Chicago White Sox

  1. John Danks at SEA Fister
  2. Gavin Floyd at SEA Hernandez
  3. Mark Buehrle at OAK Cahill
  4. Freddy Garcia at OAK Mazzaro
  5. Daniel Hudson at SEA Pauley, at OAK Sheets

Two-starter(s): Hudson. The rookie is a questionable option in mixed leagues, but his matchup against two weak AL West offenses make him a risk worth taking in deeper formats.
Who is getting skipped: None. Hudson could be sent back to the minors and skipped off his second start with another bad outing, but we have a hunch he is going to pitch much better this week.
One-week sleeper: Buehrle. He was starting in just 48 percent of CBSSports.com's leagues this week, despite posting a seventh-consecutive quality start. He is a quality option every time out and a matchup at Oakland makes him perhaps a must-start in mixed leagues.
One-week bust: None. All five White Sox starters are viable options in mixed formats with the Mariners and A's on the schedule this week.

Cincinnati Reds

  1. Bronson Arroyo vs WAS Strasburg
  2. Edinson Volquez vs WAS Hernandez
  3. Travis Wood at HOU Norris
  4. Johnny Cueto vs WAS Martin, at HOU Oswalt
  5. Mike Leake vs WAS Atilano, at HOU Rodriguuez

Two-starter(s): Cueto and Leake. They are advisable options in most leagues against those non-contenders.
Who is getting skipped: None. Wood or Leake could be pitching for their rotation spot with Aaron Harang (back) threatening to come off the DL. The Reds have made no determination with him yet. Harang might make a rehab start this week, but if he doesn't, he could return on Wood's turn (unlikely) or on Leake's second turn (even less likely).
One-week sleeper: Leake. He struggled late in the first half, but he faces two sub-.500 clubs he should be able to beat and produce for mixed Fantasy owners.
One-week bust: None. All five of the Reds' starters are useful options in all leagues this week.

Cleveland Indians

  1. Jake Westbrook at MIN Liriano
  2. Fausto Carmona vs TB Niemann
  3. Mitch Talbot vs TB Price
  4. Aaron Laffey at MIN Baker, vs TB Davis
  5. Justin Masterson at MIN Slowey

Two-starter(s): Laffey. He is a high-risk option even in the deepest of AL-only leagues at this point.
Who is getting skipped: Jeanmar Gomez. The Indians needed a No. 6 starter Sunday and he was expected to go right back to the minors after that spot start. He was real good, though, and could remain in the rotation over Laffey, if Laffey struggles Monday.
One-week sleeper: Carmona. He is the one mixed-league viable Indians starter, despite his walks. He is 2-1 with a 3.48 ERA in his past three starts after 3-1 in his career against the Rays (albeit with a 5.52 ERA).
One-week bust: Talbot. His surprising season isn't necessarily crashing, but we wouldn't take him against the Rays and Price this week.

  1. Ubaldo Jimenez at FLA Sanchez, at PHI Kendrick
  2. Jeff Francis at FLA Robertson, at PHI Moyer
  3. Jason Hammel at FLA Nolasco
  4. Jorge De La Rosa at FLA Johnson
  5. Aaron Cook at PHI Halladay

Two-starter(s): Jimenez and Francis. Jimenez is a must-start, while Francis is likely a must-sit.
Who is getting skipped: None.
One-week sleeper: Hammel. Despite the loss last time out, his first since mid-May, he did strike out a season-high 10 batters in a fourth consecutive quality start.
One-week bust: Francis. He could be pitching himself to the bullpen or Triple-A, especially with Jhoulys Chacin having proven so effective as a starter and currently biding his time in long relief.

Detroit Tigers

  1. Justin Verlander vs TOR Romero
  2. Rick Porcello vs TOR Marcum
  3. Jeremy Bonderman vs TEX Feldman, vs TOR Cecil
  4. Armando Galarraga vs TEX Hunter, vs TOR Litsch
  5. Max Scherzer vs TEX Lewis

Two-starter(s): Bonderman and Galarraga. They are high-risk options best left for the deepest of AL-only leagues right now.
Who is getting skipped: Andrew Oliver. He is expected to be optioned to the minors after Sunday's start to make room for a Galarraga return.
One-week sleeper: Porcello. He was good enough in his return start Saturday to consider him in mixed leagues this week.
One-week bust: Bonderman. He went into the break pitching poorly and faces two potentially potent offenses. Use him at your own risk.

Florida Marlins

  1. Josh Johnson vs COL De La Rosa
  2. Ricky Nolasco vs COL Hammel
  3. Anibal Sanchez vs COL Jimenez, vs ATL Medlen
  4. Nate Robertson vs COL Francis, vs ATL Jurrjens
  5. Alex Sanabia vs ATL Lowe

Two-starter(s): Sanchez and Robertson. Sanchez is a questionable option in mixed leagues the way he is pitching recently, while Robertson is a risky option best left for NL-only formats.
Who is getting skipped: None. Sanabia will be evaluated on a start-by-start basis, so consider him a risk week-to-week.
One-week sleeper: None. Johnson is a must-start, but the Marlins other four starters are best left for NL-only leagues right now.
One-week bust: Nolasco. We cannot figure him out. We say start him, he stinks. We say sit him, he stars. Use the majors homers-allowed leader against the Rockies at your own risk.

Houston Astros

  1. Roy Oswalt vs CIN Cueto
  2. Wandy Rodriguez at CHC Silva, vs CIN Leake
  3. Wesley Wright at CHC Dempster
  4. Brett Myers at CHC Lilly
  5. Bud Norris vs CIN Wood

Two-starter(s): Rodriguez. He has turned his season around and is an advisable option in mixed formats again.
Who is getting skipped: Felipe Paulino (shoulder) and Brian Moehler. They are getting passed up for the No. 5 spot this week in favor of Wright. Paulino could be ready to come off the DL in late July, perhaps. Moehler figures to finish out the year in long relief, if he even keeps a roster spot. Oswalt is also a risk after leaving his Sunday start with an ankle contusion.
One-week sleeper: Rodriguez. He has a 2.25 ERA in his past three starts and is much closer to the top 25 starting pitcher he was drafted as this spring.
One-week bust: Norris. He failed miserably against the Pirates this week, so you cannot like him against a contending, potent offensive club like the Reds this week. He is more a candidate to cut than start, despite his potential.

Kansas City Royals

  1. Zack Greinke vs TOR Rzepczynski
  2. Bruce Chen at NYY Sabathia
  3. Brian Bannister at NYY Burnett
  4. Kyle Davies vs TOR Cecil, at NYY TBD
  5. Anthony Lerew vs TOR Litsch, at NYY Hughes

Two-starter(s): Davies and Lerew. They are high-risk options for the deepest of AL-only leagues at this point.
Who is getting skipped: None.
One-week sleeper: None. Greinke is the only viable Royals starter in most formats this week.
One-week bust: Chen. He has re-made his career, but not to the point he could be used in a matchup at the Yankees.

Los Angeles Angels

  1. Joel Pineiro at NYY Vazquez
  2. Jered Weaver at TEX Lee
  3. Joe Sauders at TEX Wilson
  4. Ervin Santana at TEX Feldman
  5. TBD (Sean O'Sullivan or Trevor Bell) at NYY Hughes, at TEX Hunter

Two-starter(s): TBD. The uncertainty of whether it will be O'Sullivan or Bell makes it impossible to trust either even in the deepest of AL-only leagues.
Who is getting skipped: Scott Kazmir (shoulder). He has been placed on the DL and won't return before July 26.
One-week sleeper: Pineiro. He faces the Yankees, but he has a streak of two consecutive quality starts. He is 2-0, 2.57 in July after going 5-1, 3.25 in June. He allowed just one earned run in seven innings in his other start at Yankee Stadium this season.
One-week bust: Saunders. He has had some moments this season, but he wasn't good enough last week against the Mariners to trust him against the potent Rangers.

Los Angeles Dodgers

  1. Clayton Kershaw vs SF Lincecum, vs NYM Dickey
  2. Chad Billingsley vs SF Zito
  3. Hiroki Kuroda vs NYM Takahashi
  4. Vicente Padilla vs NYM Santana
  5. James McDonald vs SF Bumgarner, vs NYM Pelfrey

Two-starter(s): McDonald. He is a questionable option in his return to the major leagues, but he is 2-0 with a 2.65 ERA in his three Triple-A starts. He is a nice sleeper in NL-only formats, especially with RP eligibility in CBSSports.com's Head-to-Head formats.
Who is getting skipped: None.
One-week sleeper: McDonald. We have a feeling he is going to be John Ely-good in the Dodgers rotation for the forseeable future. Pick him up even in mixed leagues.
One-week bust: None. All five Dodgers starters look to be viable options in mixed formats this week.

Milwaukee Brewers

  1. Yovani Gallardo at PIT Ohlendorf
  2. Randy Wolf at PIT Duke
  3. Dave Bush at PIT Lincoln, vs WAS Atilano
  4. Chris Capuano at PIT Karstens
  5. Chris Narveson vs WAS Stammen
  6. Manny Parra vs WAS Martin

Two-starter(s): Bush. He is a questionable option, but one useful in deeper leagues with those favorable matchups. He carries a 2.45 ERA in his past three starts into the week.
Who is getting skipped: Capuano. It is expected Monday's start is merely a spot start with the probable return Thursday of Gallardo. It is possible the Brewers move Narveson (unlikely) or Parra to the bullpen instead of Capuano, but we cannot project that before Cap starts Monday.
One-week sleeper: Wolf. He has turned his season around and is 8-2 with a 3.57 ERA in his career against the lowly Pirates.
One-week bust: Capuano. He might look like a potential two-start sleeper for NL-ony leagues, starting first against the Pirates, but we expect he will go right back to long relief with Narveson and Parra remaining in the rotation.

Minnesota Twins

  1. Kevin Slowey vs CLE Masterson, at BAL Arrieta
  2. Francisco Liriano vs CLE Westbrook
  3. Carl Pavano at BAL Guthrie
  4. Nick Blackburn at BAL Matusz
  5. Scott Baker vs CLE Laffey, at BAL Tillman

Two-starter(s): Baker and Slowey. They are questionable options amid their recent struggles. We would take the risk on Slowey in mixed leagues, but not Baker.
Who is getting skipped: None.
One-week sleeper: Pavano. He is coming off a complete-game victory and is facing the Orioles. If you throw out his stinker July 6 at Toronto, Pavano has been a lock-down Fantasy ace.
One-week bust: Blackburn and Baker. The back end of the Twins rotation has been surprisingly terrible and high-risk even in the deepest of AL-only leagues to date. The favorable matchups are tempting, but you have to resist the urge to use them.

New York Mets

  1. Johan Santana at LAD Padilla
  2. Mike Pelfrey at ARI Kennedy, at LAD McDonald
  3. R.A. Dickey at ARI Enright, at LAD Kershaw
  4. Jonathon Niese at ARI Haren
  5. Hisanori Takahashi at LAD Kuroda

Two-starter(s): Pelfrey and Dickey. They are questionable options, but ones you can take a chance on in mixed leagues right now. Dickey has pitched well, while Pelfrey hasn't, surprisingly.
Who is getting skipped: None.
One-week sleeper: Dickey. Despite being winless in his past three starts, he has posted a 1.74 ERA, which makes him a nice sleeper in deeper leagues.
One-week bust: Takahashi. Somehow he is pitching poor enough to have the Mets consider Oliver Perez (knee) off the DL for him. It won't happen this week, but that is no reason to trust Takahashi, though.

New York Yankees

  1. CC Sabathia vs KC Chen
  2. A.J. Burnett vs KC Bannister
  3. Javier Vazquez vs LAA Pineiro
  4. Phil Hughes vs LAA Kazmir, vs KC Lerew
  5. Sergio Mitre vs KC Davies

Two-starter(s): Hughes. He is an advisable option in most leagues, especially with that favorable second start and RP-eligibility in CBSSports.com's Head-to-Head leagues.
Who is getting skipped: Pettitte (groin, likely to be placed on the DL). Burnett and Pettitte both left their starts against the Rays early and are question marks. Pettitte almost certainly will require a DL stint, while Burnett is expecting to make his start. Sergio Mitre (side, 15-day DL) is expected to be a spot-start candidate off the DL for Pettitte, but he is a risky AL-only option because he is not quite stretched out enough.
One-week sleeper: Hughes. His June struggles have him active in just 63 percent of leagues, but his two home starts against mediocre to weak offenses should make him a must-start this week.
One-week bust: Burnett. He has lacerations on his hand and they say he can make his next start, but you cannot trust him the way his is pitching -- even against the lowly Royals.

Oakland Athletics

  1. Ben Sheets vs BOS Matsuzaka, vs CHW Hudson
  2. Dallas Braden vs BOS Wakefield
  3. Gio Gonzalez vs BOS Buchholz
  4. Trevor Cahill vs CHW Buehrle
  5. Vin Mazzaro vs CHW Garcia

Two-starter(s): Sheets. He is a questionable option, but one we figure you should trust in deeper formats. Despite his so-so numbers, he has gone six-plus innings with four earned or less in every start since May 2, a span of 13 starts.
Who is getting skipped: None. Brett Anderson (elbow) was targeting a July 25 return after a rehab start Thursday and this Tuesday, but the A's now say he has two rehab starts to go (the upcoming Tuesday and Sunday). It makes Sheets a two-start pitcher.
One-week sleeper: Gonzalez. He has been fairly steady this season. If you throw out his stinker against the Yankees on July 7, Gonzalez is 2-0 with an 0.67 ERA in four starts since mid-June. Unfortunately, that Yankee start numbs his numbers in his past five starts to 2-1, 2.05 -- still pretty good.
One-week bust: Braden. He hasn't won since his perfect game and wasn't impressive in his last rehab start before Tuesday's return from the DL.

Top 10 Pitchers Added

6. Madison Bumgarner, SP, Giants 8
7. Edinson Volquez, SP, Reds 7

9. Bronson Arroyo, SP, Reds 6
10. Brett Myers, SP, Astros 6

Philadelphia Phillies

  1. Roy Halladay vs COL Cook
  2. Cole Hamels at STL Wainwright
  3. Joe Blanton at STL Garcia
  4. Jamie Moyer at STL Carpenter, vs COL Francis
  5. Kyle Kendrick at STL Hawksworth, vs COL Jimenez

Two-starter(s): Kendrick and Moyer. They are questionable options best left for deeper NL-only leagues with those tough matchups.
Who is getting skipped: None.
One-week sleeper: None. The top two starters are worth trusting in mixed leagues, while the bottom three are risky.
One-week bust: Moyer. He is 0-3 with an 8.79 ERA in his past three starts, which make him too risky to trust in a two-start week against contenders like the Cardinals and Rockies.

Pittsburgh Pirates

  1. Zach Duke vs MIL Wolf
  2. Ross Ohlendorf vs MIL Gallardo
  3. Paul Maholm vs SD Correia
  4. Jeff Karstens vs MIL Capuano, vs SD Latos
  5. Brad Lincoln vs MIL Bush, vs SD LeBlanc

Two-starter(s): Karstens and Lincoln. They haven't pitched consistently enough to be considered anything more than risky NL-only options at this point.
Who is getting skipped: None.
One-week sleeper: Maholm. He was impressive in his post-break start and draws the Padres with their worst starter on the mound.
One-week bust: Lincoln. He has made progress from his slow start to his career, but we wouldn't trust him in mixed leagues.

San Diego Padres

  1. Jon Garland at ATL Hanson
  2. Clayton Richard at ATL Hudson
  3. Kevin Correia at PIT Maholm
  4. Wade LeBlanc at ATL Jurrjens, at PIT Lincoln
  5. Mat Latos at PIT Karstens

Two-starter(s): LeBlanc. He is a questionable option in mixed leagues, but he is pitching better than the three Padres starters slotted ahead of him and gets a turn against the Pirates at week's end.
Who is getting skipped: Latos (side). He is expected to be ready to return from the DL when eligible to be activated July 24 at Pittsburgh. His talent, first-half numbers and that matchup make him a solid start in any league as a one-start return -- even with the risk. The fact is he was merely shelved (hurt side trying to stop a sneeze) to save innings on his arm, not a real injury.
One-week sleeper: Latos. We trust he will return to the rotation late in the week the next time the Padres need a No. 5 starter. He should be active in most formats. He has a 0.00 ERA in two July starts (15 innings) and went 4-1, 1.54 in May and 3-1, 2.37 in June. He is as dominant of a Fantasy pitcher as there is right now, save for the Marlins' Johnson, perhaps.
One-week bust: Garland, Richard and Correia. They have had ugly ERAs in each of their past three starts, so ignore the matchup and don't use them in mixed leagues this week.

San Francisco Giants

  1. Tim Lincecum at LAD Kershaw, at ARI Enright
  2. Barry Zito at LAD Billingsley
  3. Matt Cain at ARI Lopez
  4. Jonathan Sanchez at ARI Jackson
  5. Madison Bumgarner at LAD McDonald, at ARI Kennedy

Two-starter(s): Bumgarner and Lincecum. Bumgarner is an advisable option in deeper leagues, while Lincecum is a must-start in all formats.
Who is getting skipped: None.
One-week sleeper: Bumgarner. He is 2-1 with a 1.71 ERA in his past three starts and is underutilized on CBSSports.com at a mere 41 percent.
One-week bust: None. All five of the Giants starters are viable options in mixed leagues this week, especially those that get starts against the cellar-dwelling D-Backs.

Seattle Mariners

  1. Felix Hernandez vs CHW Floyd
  2. Jason Vargas vs BOS Lester
  3. Ryan Rowland-Smith vs BOS Lackey
  4. Doug Fister vs CHW Danks, vs BOS Wakefield
  5. David Pauley vs CHW Hudson, vs BOS Matsuzaka

Two-starter(s): Pauley and Fister. Pauley is a high-risk option, coming out of the bullpen to replace Lee. Fister is a questionable option we cannot advise outside of deeper AL-only leagues either.
Who is getting skipped: None. Erik Bedard (shoulder) has had the customary setbacks and won't return this week and likely needs another rehab assignment.
One-week sleeper: None. King Felix is the lone Mariners starter worth considering this week.
One-week bust: Fister. He has been terrible in four of his past five starts and hasn't won since mid-May. Avoid him if possible. He wasn't as good as he showed in the season's first month and a half.

St. Louis Cardinals

  1. Chris Carpenter vs PHI Moyer, at CHC Silva
  2. Adam Wainwright vs PHI Hamels
  3. Jaime Garcia vs PHI Blanton
  4. Jeff Suppan at CHC Wells
  5. Blake Hawksworth vs PHI Kendrick, at CHC Gorzelanny

Two-starter(s): Hawksworth and Carpenter. Hawksworth is a questionable option best left for deeper NL-only leagues, while Carpenter is a must-start in all formats.
Who is getting skipped: None.
One-week sleeper: Hawksworth. He doesn't have good enough matchups to use him in mixed leagues this week, but we have a hunch he proves effective for the Cardinals in the rotation in the second half.
One-week bust: Garcia. He has had some bad starts recently and a one-start week against the Phillies is not a week to run him out there in smaller mixed formats.

Tampa Bay Rays

  1. Matt Garza at BAL Arrieta
  2. James Shields at BAL Bergesen
  3. Jeff Niemann at CLE Carmona
  4. David Price at CLE Talbot
  5. Wade Davis at BAL Tillman, at CLE Laffey

Two-starter(s): Davis. This is his week to save his rotation spot from the charging Jeremy Hellickson (11-2, 2.21 in Triple-A). We consider Davis a sleeper in mixed formats with those favorable matchups.
Who is getting skipped: None. Davis could pitch himself into a rotation swap, but Hellickson has been held out of the Triple-A rotation since July 5 to save innings on his arm for the stretch run. Hellickson starts Tuesday in Triple-A (Davis on Monday in the majors), but a Thursday offday could allow the Rays to skip Davis on Sunday at Cleveland, slotting Garza up a day and preparing for a Hellickson callup during the ensuing home series against Detroit.
One-week sleeper: Davis. We have a feeling, with his rotation spot on the line, he is going to pitch really well against a pair of bottom feeders.
One-week bust: None. All five Rays starters are useful in all leagues with those matchups.

Texas Rangers

  1. Cliff Lee vs LAA Weaver
  2. C.J. Wilson vs LAA Saunders
  3. Colby Lewis at DET Scherzer
  4. Tommy Hunter at DET Galarraga, vs LAA Kazmir
  5. Scott Feldman at DET Bonderman, vs LAA Santana

Two-starter(s): Feldman and Hunter. Feldman is a questionable option best left for AL-only leagues, while Hunter has become an advisable option in all formats with the way he has pitched since his recall.
Who is getting skipped: None. Rich Harden (gluteus) is making a rehab start Wednesday, so he won't be ready to replace Feldman in the rotation until Fantasy Week 17 (July 26-Aug. 1) at the earliest.
One-week sleeper: Hunter. He is a remarkable 6-0 with a 2.39 ERA in his eight starts and gets all that run support from that potent Rangers contender. Hunter might even have earned must-start status this week.
One-week bust: Feldman. These could be his last two starts for the Rangers with the potential return of Harden. Don't use him if you can avoid it.

Toronto Blue Jays

  1. Ricky Romero at DET Verlander
  2. Shaun Marcum at DET Porcello
  3. Brandon Morrow to be skipped until July 26
  4. Brett Cecil at KC Davies, at DET Bonderman
  5. Jesse Litsch at KC Lerew, at DET Galarraga
  6. Marc Rzepczynski at KC Greinke

Two-starter(s): Cecil and Litsch. Cecil is a questionable option we would advise using in deeper leagues. Litsch is a high-risk option even in the deepest of AL-only formats.
Who is getting skipped: Morrow. The Blue Jays are going to save innings on his arm by holding him out until July 26. Rzepczynski gets a spot start Wednesday at Kansas City.
One-week sleeper: Cecil. He has held his own of late (3.57 ERA in past three starts) and gets that first favorable matchup against the Royals.
One-week bust: Litsch. He hasn't pitched well enough to stay in the rotation and might not if he gets beat up against the Royals on Tuesday.

Washington Nationals

  1. Stephen Strasburg at CIN Arroyo
  2. Livan Hernandez at CIN Volquez
  3. Craig Stammen at MIL Narveson
  4. J.D. Martin at CIN Cueto, at MIL Parra
  5. Luis Atilano at CIN Leake, at MIL Bush

Two-starter(s): Martin and Atilano. They are high-risk options even in the deepest of NL-only leagues at this point.
Who is getting skipped: None.
One-week sleeper: None. Strasburg is the only Nationals starter worth using in mixed leagues in the second half, until Jordan Zimmermann can return from Tommy John surgery in August.
One-week bust: Hernandez. He has held his own for the majority of the season, but he is not worth trusting against the potent NL-leading Reds offense.
