Tigers' Willi Castro: Goes deep off bench Wednesday

Castro (wrist) went 1-for-2 with a solo home run in Wednesday's loss to the Guardians.

Castro was scratched from Tuesday's lineup due to a wrist injury and was on the bench to begin Wednesday's contest, but when Harold Castro left the game with thumb soreness, Willi Castro got the call. The latter ended up hitting his fifth home run of the season, and it looks like his wrist issue is behind him. Willi Castro may see some more infield work if Harold Castro has to miss any extended time.
