Brennan is out of the lineup for Tuesday's game against the Orioles.
Brennan had started in nine of the Guardians' previous 10 games, but he'll be on the bench for Tuesday's contest with the Orioles trotting out a lefty (Cole Irvin). Instead, Johnathan Rodriguez will play right field and bat sixth.
