Diamondbacks' Alek Thomas: Being evaluated for activation

The Diamondbacks will assess Sunday whether Thomas (hamstring) is ready to be activated from the 10-day injured list, MLB.com reports.

Thomas played in rehab games Friday and Saturday for Triple-A Reno. He started in center field and played nine innings on both occasions. The outfielder has a combined 32 plate appearances while on his rehab assignment and is hitting .310/.344/.483 between stops with Reno and the rookie-level Arizona Complex League.
