Patriots' T.J. Luther: Remaining in New England
Luther signed a reserve/future contract with the Patriots on Monday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.
Luther ended up on New England's practice squad this season after initially joining the Jets as an undrafted free agent out of Gardner-Webb. Although he was unable to make it to the 53-man roster this year, he'll now get another opportunity with the team for next season.

T.J. Luther: Back with New England
Luther signed with the Patriots' practice squad Tuesday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.
Luther was cut from the team's practice squad Oct. 18, but he'll now get another opportunity with the franchise. The 23-year-old went undrafted in 2023 out of Gardner-Webb and had originally signed as a UDFA with the Jets in the spring, but he was unable to make the team's 53-man roster.

T.J. Luther: Let go by New England
Luther was cut from the Patriots' practice squad Wednesday.
Luther will now look to find a new home after spending the entirety of the season so far on New England's practice unit. The wide receiver has yet to make his NFL debut after going undrafted in April following a collegiate career with Gardner-Webb University.

T.J. Luther: Stays on east coast
Luther signed with the Patriots' practice squad Friday.
The 23-year-old replaced wideout Thyrick Pitts on the team's practice squad after New England waived him Friday. Luther spent time with the Jets this offseason after going undrafted out of Gardner-Webb, recording 1,007 receiving yards and eight touchdowns during his final year at the collegiate level.

Luther signed with the Jets as an undrafted free agent in May but was unable to earn a spot on the 53-man roster. He could wind up on a practice squad in 2023.
