WASHINGTON (AP) Quinton Williams threw for 337 yards and two touchdowns, including a 97-yarder, Faraji Woodson added a pair of field goals and Howard blanked Morgan State 27-0 on Friday night.

The Bison (2-4, 1-0 Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference) are on a two-game win streak for the first time since the 2018 season.

Morgan State (0-5, 0-1) had an apparent 76-yard touchdown run by Alonzo Graham in the first half negated by a holding penalty and also saw a 41-yard field goal attempt miss.

Woodson, a sophomore, surpassed 300 yards passing for the second time in his career. He racked up 357 in a loss to Hampton last month.

The Bison broke an otherwise scoreless first half with a 35-yard field goal by Woodso n with 13 seconds left on the clock.

Five minutes into the second half, Woodson found Antoine Murray on the 97-yarder. Early in the fourth quarter, Woodson hit Richie Ilaraza from the 9. Ian Wheeler completed the scoring with a 20-yard touchdown run, capping a 13-play, 55-yard drive.

Murray had four catches for 171 yards.

Neil Boudreau was 10 of 25 passing for 70 yards for Morgan State and was picked off once. The Bears were held to 36 yards rushing with Jabriel Johnson, coming off a 106-yard effort a week earlier, gaining 27 of that.

Wesley Wolfolk, who had nine receptions for 165 yards and 3 touchdowns entering the game, was held to two catches for 10 yards.
